The “eco wash” left my car still covered in dirt…I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing for the cheapest option, however this is a complete waste of money
Had discount for any car wash £5 I got the ceramic for only £5 and the man running it couldn’t of been nicer or helpful.
Easy process of getting the car washed after loading the app on my iPhone and buying a particular wash for the car.
The attendant was polite and helpful.
Derby IMO car wash is just bad. The washes although aren't the best, it misses spots and the car is usually very wet when you finish. So if not dried manually you'll have water marks. I expect it to not be perfect because it's automated. But the customer service is dreadful, especially the last 2 times I've been. Even more frustrating is that I've tried going three times now and they are always closed. Not a break in the middle of the day, which I understand. But shutters down not open at all. Even though online it says they should be open from 8am during weekdays. On the 29th I went at 10:30am and they weren't open. On the 30th at 11am same issues. No signs or notes and nothing on the app. As it let me pay for a wash before going there. Which I do to make sure I don't hold up the line. But they aren't open for me to use it. I'm going to probably look else where for a quick wash now as its just going downhill and mainly wasting my time. I'd happily pay a little more for consistency, politeness and a good wash.
I paid £20 for the highest option and my windscreen still had birds mess on it.
It’s such a lot of money and to then have to come back and clean the windscreen again.
I was supposed to have gotten the top wash that was worth £19, however I definitely didn't receive that. My windows and bottom, sides of my car were still covered in dirt, they hadn't even been touched. I won't be returning.
Great deal ££ essentially 2 car washes for £20 but one of them is the top car wash . What’s not to like?
Took my little boy to his first car wash, not used the Spellbrooke site before and was a great experience, quick pay, good service, everyone was super friendly and made it a great experience for a 2 year old. Will definitely come back
As always, excellent friendly service and a well-maintained car wash making it easy to keep the car clean.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful and provided poor customer service. The car wasn't dried properly after the wash, leaving water marks all over it, making it look worse than expected. Despite the declining quality, the prices keep increasing. Definitely not good value for money.
Had the triple foam wash. Price is £8 which is a ridiculous price for what you get. I park under trees for work so as you imagine the birds make a mess. Some of that mess remained on the car even after the car wash. The wheels were filthy.
As I was coming to the end of the car wash. My car stopped moving forward and the car behind me nearly went into the back of me had I not driven away (I was not at the point in the wash where it tells you to drive btw).
Will not be going back. Very sad as I used to have the membership with this company back in Manchester.
Also, I have tried to use this car wash a few times before after I finished work and everytime without fail they have been closed early and I have driven to an unmanned car wash!
The wash I wanted was not working, I paid by quick pay and wasn't told until arrival, not very helpful
Good body & wheel preparation, and excellent deal with Free Wash!
This is the only drive through car was i will use and even go out of my home town to use it! The staff frequently change each time I go with some using the brush to scrub the dirt off before driving through and some just using the jet wash despite me always purchasing the top wash each time.
