A very fast and efficient car wash center. Staff is very helpful and had good experience. The vacuum cleaner is powerfully but need atleast 2-3 coins to clean full car.

Bit rushed, I was the only car there, didn’t get the wheel clean, guy with spray walked around like “I hate my job” if he’d got the spray on the wheels I think they would have cleaned up better

Unfortunately my car came out looking…
Unfortunately my car came out looking just as bad as what it went in. Water marks left all over it, and what looked like greasy smears across the bonnet and windscreen. Almost like the final part where the towelling bits are dragged over to dry the car were filthy and oily.
I paid for the ultra hd wash and I’ve had to go home and go over it all myself again and really degrease my windscreen

£7 for the Eco Wash – Very Disappointing
£7 for the eco wash.
Car came out arguably dirtier than when it went in.
I don't usually use a car wash, but as the hosepipe ban looks like it could now be a permanent thing in the Anglian Water area i thought I would do the right thing and use a car wash that recycles their water. Well I wont be doing that again. The rear of the car is still covered in road spray dirt from when it rained last week. the wheels look a mess, i preferred the dirty look to the half hearted partially wiped look. The car is white and it now look like all of the detritus from the prevous week is now spread all over the car.
Overall I'll give it 2 out of 10. Certainly not worth £7

Very disappointing experience. The place has everything to be a great car wash, as it used to be, but today it feels disorganised and untidy. Instructions are unclear, and the customer service lacks friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. A real shame, as the place has great potential.
