The best quick drive-in wash
I find the quality of the clean varies from site to site, but the one in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent was fantastic. I used the QR code for an online discount too. Very happy.

Car wash made not to simple
The service was quick and simple until I encountered issues with the QR code. The process initially seemed straightforward, but it was unclear that the operator needed a copy of the QR code for the automated system to work.
This requirement was not explained clearly, and I had to log out of the app and then log back in to access the QR code again. This made the process confusing and frustrating. There is also a risk that users could accidentally pay twice for the service because of this lack of clarity.
Overall, the service itself was efficient, but the QR code process needs to be explained more clearly to avoid confusion and potential duplicate payments.

After receiving a free car wash…
After receiving a free car wash voucher, I joined a queue at my local IMO car wash. With a large queue behind me I was informed the code would not work. As I could not reverse out I paid for a car wash. I emailed IMO and explained what happened. After a month, still no reply.

Its easy to access quick and efficient
Its easy to access quick and efficient. I have taken two cars through the London Colney one on several occasions. Wash is ok but there are marks or soap residue still on the car once washed and deposits particularly from pigeons.

Flat tyre
The car got clean but most importantly, the person attending took a moment to let me know one of my tyres looked flat and I could resolve it during the weekend before work on Monday, it had a small puncture, so thank you.
