IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The staff member at Hereford was rude and aggressive. Coming up to the window shouting to not break and put in neutral even though breaks were not on and was in neutral (back lights were on). When I tried showing them they slapped the emergency stop as hard as they could and continued shouting and swearing. He then continued by being racist by saying stupid white man. Absolutely disgusting and won't be visiting again after visiting twice a month for the last year, that will be the last.

Disgusting how any company think this is a way to speak to customers

I’ve chosen the „Ceramic XTR” wash package several times, and it’s been excellent every time. Fast, thorough, and consistently high quality.

I had a loose wing mirror cover and the operative taped it up for me so it would not fall off. Also all aspects dealt with efficiently

Pulled up, scanned the QR code, the guy sprayed my car and guided me to the rolling road that has a eco wash for a £5! Was impressed when it came out I haven’t took a fine tooth comb at it but for a quick job it was a good job, well done

Great service. The kids loved it. The car turned out pretty neat.

It was my first time to the car wash centre and I opted for inside and outside cleaning as the option. First impression the cleaning was not as per my satisfaction as I could find some spots on the bonnet that I used my nails to scrape them off after the car was dry. There were multiple options to choose from but I was interested in Titanium HD that had an offer through app. When I asked about it I was not given clear instructions on the offers. I think the customers should be informed on the latest offers so that they can save money and that same time it’s a win win for IMO as well.

Fantastic Service ! The staff are polite and friendly on arrival , the wash is always pristine and sparkling and I have a four year old with me that thinks the wash is great fun 🤩 thank you!!

The car wash attendant was really informative, checked i had been rheough the car wash before and knew what to do.
I may have looked a.little nervous, but he reassured me with his instructions. Great aervice.

Does not clean the car properly. My car was full of smashed insects, I paid for the most expensive wash and it did not clean all the spots. Not only insects but all of the minor details. Staff was nice tho.

Paid for a £15 wash. Disappointing result smear dirty marks all over windows and bodywork

Got home after car wash and there was dried water marks down both sides of the car

The car was still dirty after the wash once dried was all full of black bits didn't clean the roof and left surface scratches

Washed the car perfectly fine for what I paid but the drying curtain after the fans left a horrible water mark all over the bonnet as they’re drenched with water so your car gets dried and then a wet sponge type curtain comes and leave water marks on the car

I paid for ultra HD, but didn't feel it had cleaned my car properly at all. Still dirt and marks left on car, and didn't feel anything different was done with it being ultra HD, and not the usual ones I get. Also, the dryer at the end was not working, was stuck up in the air, so no proper dry off either. Seems to be getting worse there.
