Great buying experience with second to none aftercare !

From the start Viv couldn’t have been more helpful with the purchase of my T6 VW transporter. No pressure to buy and every question of mine answered. I had an issue with the van 5 months after purchase which was resolved straight away. Charlie’s customer service skills were amazing, he responded to emails promptly and kept me informed at all times.
I cannot recommend Imola of Bristol highly enough.

Buy a car made so easy by super…

Buy a car made so easy by super friendly team. I had been let down by a main dealer on a car and found a similar model with Imola so rang up spoke to them explained what i was after we discussed finances and PX valuation for my CAR. We went down on the weekend to their lovely offices and the car was presented to us in a lovely viewing area and looked immaculate. Took car for a test drive and discussed everything with them no pressure felt very relaxed. I purchased a extended warranty which was almost not really required as the sales guy was so helpful. If you want a car with no fuss and no pressure then they are the car dealer for you. Would use them again in the future many thanks.

Excellent Service and a Great Car – Highly Recommend!

I recently bought a car from Imola of Bristol, and my experience has been excellent. From the moment I arrived, the sales team, especially Charlie, was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

Now, after having the car for five months, I can confidently say I’m really happy with it. It was a great price, and the level of service I received was outstanding. I purchased a car from Imola of Bristol…

I purchased a car from Imola of Bristol and found the buying process smooth, with friendly staff. However, post-sale experiences seem to vary. In my case, they were responsive when I faced an issue shortly after purchase, reimbursing me for a replacement battery. On the downside, I noticed some concerns about ongoing support or pricing consistency in other cases. It's a mixed bag, but overall an average experience. 3 stars.

Mazda CX-5 purchase

Bought a 2016 Mazda CX-5 which needed post purchase work immediately and again a few weeks later. They immediately sorted out the issues, the second one via my local Mazda main dealer. Dealing with Imola has been a great experience and Charlie who sold me the car and sorted out the problems was exceptional. I unreservedly recommend Imola of Bristol

What a breath of fresh air these guys…

What a breath of fresh air these guys are! I purchased a car which encountered a small issue which was quickly resolved by Viv and the team. They offered me a great price for my old camper and the price of the new car I purchased was very reasonable with no negotiation needed. Super impressed with the service they have provided me and would highly recommend.

Amazing Service!!

I bought a Mercedes SLC in Mid January, it come with a standard 3 month warranty. Four months later in late May an engine warning light appeared on the dash. As I had only covered 600 miles since the purchase I spoke with Charlie at Imola and asked if they could help despite the warranty having expired. Imola agreed to cover the cost of the repairs and arranged for it to be done by a local Mercedes specialist. Amazing service - I already know where my next car is coming from!!

Great dealership

Pleasant and professional team

I brought a Volvo xc40 from Imola cars and could not be more satisfied with my purchase it’s a fantastic looking car and the body work is mint and the engine ran smoothly, from start to finish the transaction was very simple and even though I was told to look around at my leisure which I did when I found a button or some gadget I did not understand it’s was no bother to show me I cannot rate the team highly enough and would recommend anyone, who like me is a bit concerned about the whole looking driving and buying thing, you can feel at ease, as there is no pressure at all, so once again thank you to everyone at Imola dealership for a very pleasant experience.

Strange behaviour....

...and disappointing. Looked at and test drove a sub £15k car, asked for some sort of discount and only offered £250 if bought that day, which was unrealistic as i wanted car inspected and had informed them of that. Now see that just a few weeks later that the very same car is £1k less, which would definitely have made me consider purchasing. Friendly when talking of purchasing but no courtesy response when I said thanks but will leave it at price being offered.

nb. In response to Imolas response, I said i was originally looking in the region of £10-12k, there was room for movement!

Our sales team answered all your questions via email over the following few weeks. Three weeks later you stated your budget was £10-£12k and you were not in a position to proceed.... We check our prices regularly and have now reduced the car to £13490 making it the cheapest of its kind in the UK.

Great and honest buying experience

I recently purchased an Audi A5 cabriolet special edition from Imola. Due to living over 200 miles away, I relied on the honesty and integrity of the sales representatives. I found the photos and descriptions to be very accurate, true and realistic, which was essential to buying remotely. Charlie was very helpful throughout and made sure he showed me a “warts and all” view of the car. When I arrived to collect the car in person I found there to be no discrepancies or lack of disclosure. The few minor issues that I had were dealt with quickly and without debate.

Would definitely recommend Imola and would happily buy from them again.

Helpful

I bought a VW Touareg in June. Everyone was helpful from initial visit to purchase. Unfortunately the day after I took delivery the car would not start. I contacted Imola who immediately authorised me to get a new battery at my local autocentre, and refunded me the cost. Sorry I never completed a review earlier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I would certainly buy another car from Imola. Thanks Alex

Expensive fault within 5 months of owning car.

Bought a car from Imola in January 23, May 23 expensive fault on the car. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the onus is on the seller to prove the fault wasn’t present at the time of sale and as a buyer you have the right to a repair within 6 months. Imola were not prepared to accept this, stating that the car had an MOT and was checked by them or an independent checker. The repair workshop advised that the MOT would not show the fault the car had as they can not legally remove any panels to perform an MOT. The fault was very likely there at the point of sale however by law it is not my duty to prove this but Imola’s to prove it wasn’t. In short, I was left with no help from the dealer and a big bill on a car that I had had for less than 6 months. I wouldn’t recommend them due to their lack of help and acknowledgment of their liability.

Hi Heidi, we're sorry you had a fault with the car a few months after buying it. The car was checked very thoroughly for any faults prior to sale. A checksheet was supplied, proving the car to be have been inspected. It also had a service, new brakes, and a fresh MOT with no advisories. The car was driven for 4 months before the fault occured. So we can be certain the fault was not present at point of sale. This therefore cannot be classed as pre-existing fault, which would be covered under CRA Legislation. The car was supplied with the standard 3 month warranty - which would have covered you had the fault occured sooner. We did recommend an extended warranty, which would also have covered the fault. However our records show you declined to take the additional warranty.

The guys at Imola made the whole car…

The guys at Imola made the whole car buying process very simple. They seem like a couple of nice , honest guys and they were easy to deal with without being pushy in any way. I’m really pleased with the little Abarth that I bought , and it seems very straight and everything works as it should.

Highly recommend
