Very unreliable service, Always buffering and Is very slow internet connection. My internet shuts off More than it is on. I had to purchase a blu ray player To keep my kids entertained every time the internet goes out which is every other day at this point. Do yourself a favor spend the little extra and go to spectrum or find another Internet provider in the area. I honestly don't even want to give these guys 1 Star they don't even deserve that.

Regional wireless Internet provider Impact Internet offers a lower priced service than their main competitor, Spectrum. But buyer beware. Impact does not deliver anything near promised speeds. I pay for 100 Mbps and get less than 1/3 that. Latency and buffering are common. Requests for support are met with unfulfilled promises of "we're working on improving access in your area." Wanted to give a small, local company a chance, but I cannot recommend Impact Internet.
