My son was with impaq for 4 years. We never had an issue. We paid the deposit and the fees on time every year, every month respectively. They refunded us R400 after we paid a R8000 deposit and he was only in the school for one month. Their Terms and conditions contradict their actions. I have sent numerous emails requesting a breakdown and reason for why we were only refunded the R400. I get no response to my emails. These are the T&C " After 5 days and up to 4 months from the date of subscribing you will be charged the number of months subscribed, rounded up to the next full month/installment. A cancellation fee of 10% of the refund value will be applied to the subscriptions that were paid via monthly installment and 5% of the refund will be applied to the subscription that were paid upfront. " we were charged R7600?

I have been waiting for the delivery of my books for almost 2 months and this is unacceptable as my children is loosing 2 months time already. I will be registering my kids with a different curriculum provider in the future.
