We had an awesome time in the Dolomites. We were celebrating my husband’s cumpleaños, and Liliia from Impera Villas found us the perfect chalet, arranged all the transfers, and even booked us a ski instructor who spoke Spanish. We had a personal concierge who took care of everything from ski rentals to cenas at the best restaurants. Everything was perfecto, even better than we expected. We’ll definitely recommend you to our amigos!

Our winter holiday in Switzerland was absolutely brilliant thanks to Impera Villas. The chalet in Zermatt was just perfect: spacious, cosy, and with stunning views of the mountains. We were a large family, including young children. Elena Popova went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable: she arranged a ski instructor for the kids and a personal chef who amazed us every day. It was important to me that Elena was always available, even when we had a mishap with my hand and needed to see a doctor. Elena was in touch throughout – I am genuinely grateful to you. We highly recommend Impera Villas to everyone and will only book with you from now on.

We have worked with Elena from Impera Villas for 3 years now. Elena exceeds our expectations year after year! We love the villas and locations she recommends for our ski vacations. Honestly, we keep coming back because of Elena! We have now skied Zermatt, Val d'sere, and this year Meribel/Courchevel. Georgii was fantastic in finding the best accommodation for us. We were 8 people, so it was a bit tricky to satisfy everyone wishes, but Georgii managed to find the best ski chalet for us in France. He was very supportive and always available throughout the booking process and during our holiday.

Elena helped us organise a family trip to Phuket where we stayed in an excellent villa with staff who responded to our every need! She was responsive and helpful throughout and the holiday turned out to be everything promised and more.

From start to end Impera provided me and my family with an outstanding service. This was covering all aspects of a complete rental exercise - from finding the best chalet for our group to providing comprehensive information about all pratical issues being airport transfer, ski rental, skipas purchase, etc. I highly recommend this agency for similar requirements.

Let me start by saying this vacation in La Tania /Courchevel was probably the best we've ever had! The chalets, the food, the hosts, everything was amazing. I found the IMPERA website randomly on the internet. When I started speaking with our agent Elena, well to be honest, at first I wasn't sure she was real, she was that good! Elena helped us with all the planning and preparation- we were a big group of 30 people. Finding the right chalets for the right price, booking lessons, accommodating dietary needs...she was incredibly kind and patient when there were changes. I don't think we ever would have been able to pull a trip like this together if not for her help. Along with another agent, Lucy, they were still on the line making sure everything was okay until we were on the transport to the site, and were so warmly greeted by the Chalet staff. The service from start to finish was 100%. I would definitely choose IMPERA again. Thank you Elena for helping us have the time of our lives! You are truly a gem.

I found Impera Villas while looking for a place to rent in Lake Como. Georgii Serov answered all my replies promptly. The Villa Visina we booked was amazing. I was a bit nervous since I was booking from Canada via a European agency to a place we have never visited before but everything went great and was smooth. The Villa was better than advertised and we had no unwelcome surprises.
