Surprise tariffs that I had to pay before my shipment could be delivered.

Ideally the price I paid on your website would have included the ~$50 in tariffs so they wouldn't have been such a surprise.

Broken business model

The dresses are okay, but forget about returning items with any help from the store.

You have to print the label and pay for the delivery and the insurance.
If an item you buy is around 40 EUR, maybe you will pay 7-20 EUR for the return. It is simply not worth all the hassle. Or at least it will be a "I will return it but I won't buy here again".

Even if it's an online clothing store in which clients can only know if a item is their size by buying first and then trying it out, it does not matter to them.

This is a broken business model and they expect the client to fix it.

Ordered two hoodies (black on black collection) and a T-Shirt. Product quality seems good. No observable damage. Design seems exactly as displayed. The sizes fit as expected

Wrong item received and no response at all!

Wrong item received. They actually sent me a much cheaper item. Despite numerous emails to them asking them to rectify their error, absolutely no response. So I have paid a lot of money for the wrong item and no way of getting the correct item or any contact from them. Appalling customer service - actually NO customer service whatsoever. Very upset customer. Avoid this company!

This is the worst store I have ever…


This is the worst store I have ever come across. Not only is the shipping pricing unpleasantly impressive, the manager messed up everything when picking the order.
At first it turned out that one item didn't exist at all - and they only refunded me part of the money for it!

then they changed the product to another one, and sent me two identical items!!!
and the icing on the cake was that they didn't even consult with me (and accordingly didn't wait for a response) - they sent it all to me, three items instead of 6 for the price of one crazy delivery. which made the purchase generally unprofitable and unprofitable. very very disappointed and I do not advise anyone to contact this store

Where's my stuff???

At the moment I can only give one star? Why? Ordered merch for more than 200 EUR, two weeks have passed, I didn't even receive a tracking number. I wrote them on support, no answer. Called them - no answer. So what am I to think? Im writing this review solely to GET YOUR ATTENTION!!!!!

The shirts are ok not worth what I paid the 3 are all black different dye lots so one looks faded and for the extra money I paid to have them shipped to the states $ 59 extra on top of the cost of the shirts just for them to end up being not licensed and cheap gilden shirts

Probably the last time I’m ordering…

Probably the last time I’m ordering from Impericon unfortunately. Ordered a bunch of stuff amongst which a pre-order item, I was therefore aware it’ll take more than a month to receive my order. The pre-ordered item was released and I wouldn’t hear anything back from Impericon for 3 weeks. Finally managed to obtain a reply from customer support, and they tell me that 2 of my items are no longer available and I’ll receive a refund. Basically they did not set aside my the regular items I had ordered months ago - not okay. Besides, what would’ve happened with my order had I not struggled to reach out to several of the support emails. Never again.

My first time ordering, Possibly the Last

My first time ordering, unlikely to consider again until reviews suggest improvements.
There is a priority handling option - don't bother. Even though they suggest same day packing and dispatch my order still hadn't been shipping over a week after confirmation of order. Upon request of an update I was informed a public holiday had taken place on the day of order, but that my order was still a priority. I waited another 2 days and received no update. Upon request for a refund of the priority handling fee as it hadn't been fulfilled, they decided they would rather refund the whole order. I believe I have been more than patient and understanding given the circumstances - It doesn't sound like I'm alone in this experience, how long does it take to put some items in a box and attach a shipping label when even your own site suggests its possible within 24 hours.

I ordered a medium Lorna Shore hoodie as a gift for my sister only to have her open it on her birthday and find an extra small carhart jacket inside the parcel. I have been contacting them for nearly 2 months with absolutely no reply from them. Terrible customer service!
