An excellent experience with Impermo. Their prices are very good in comparison with other similar stores, and the client service is exceptional. Anouk was extremely helpful, patient, quick in finding solutions and giving us good advice. Definitely recommend it and would go there again whenever needed.

Site Web avec beaucoup de bug, impossible d enregistrer nos modifications. Je me suis finalement rendue sur place pour le paiement de l acompte et enregistrer ma commande.
Personnel sympathique et disponible mais très long délai d attente le week-end.

Bad advice
Bad advice. Specifically asked for 60 X 30cm and was shown tiles that ended up being mosaic and not what we wanted. No returns possible. Nice showroom friendly staff but Bad after sales service. Should allow returns of unopened boxes and orders they mess up.

We do allow return for boxes that weren't right for a fee, you then have 14 days to let us know which were not to your liking and that you would like to send back in return for new tiles.
