I ordered 2 jordan jumpers. They sent the wrong order to me. It should be XL size but they instead send 3XL size. I asked to be exchanged but they asked for more money, it's about 60% to pay to size XL. I advise you not to shop at all here. BAD and sneaky SELLER!

I ordered five sweat outfits in total. I did not receive the sweatshirts that I ordered. I did not receive the proper sizes of the clothes or clothing that I ordered. And they sent the same sweatpants three times instead of sending what I ordered, And they didn’t send the right sweatshirt that matched the sweatpants that I ordered!

I bought a t-shirt that, according to the website, is sold as a oversize, but it is a normal-sized t-shirt, even a little small, it fits snugly against the body, the fabric is terrible, thin and of poor quality, the only nice thing is the print, but The shirt that arrived is not what they advertise. Also it took 6 weeks to arrive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I requested a return for the items bought and the customer service agent claimed they couldn't "process the refund transfer to my bank account". The agent couldn't give me proper details or solutions for my "bank" issue (which was nonsense) and instead stalled out the entire return process, refusing to pay me back any other way. I had exchanged emails with that same agent from November 2023 to March 2024 before I gave up trying to back my money.

Ultimately, lost money and time on poor-quality clothing items. Lesson learned.

After a long wait I received an entirely wrong order the Tshirts and design I order was replaced with something totally different!!! Not worth the money at all… never again

I will not even give a 1* for that company. It's took so long to received my parcel. A month!!! Aliexpress do faster! Dont order from this worst company ever!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts from there and STILL have yet to see it. Going over a month now. Customer Service is non existent and the shipping company they used (17TRACK) doesn't provide accurate shipping information. The last update was on 1.02.24. However it says they dropped off my packaged on the 10th at a parcel box. But I've checked every day and nothing.
DON'T EVER ORDER from them! The apparel may look super trendy, but you're going to regret on the quality of what you bought or not even get the product at all. On top of all that, if you're lucky to get a refund, they only give you some of it back not ALL..This is what I get from ordering from a Chinese Company operating supposedly in the U.S. sigh...

This company is a total scam. I ordered a sweatshirt from there for my husbands birthday and they sent me the totally wrong shirt. Not even close. I contact them about it and they said they can only give me a partial refund of $20 (I spent $50 on the sweatshirt) or else I’d have to pay to shop it back to China and that that item was no longer available in their warehouse. COMPLETE SCAM. They just took $30 from me and who knows if I’ll see the $20 refund. Do NOT spend your hard earned money here. Trying to help someone from making the same mistake I did!!

Ordered 2 T-shirts one of them that came was not even the style I ordered, not even similar and the other was ripped and both were medium and would fit an extra large material were also both cheap and nasty

I did not buy from this site because it seemed a little bit shady, and a quick search on google proved me right.
The pictures on the clothes are originally from hipok.com. So wouldn’t be surprised if inboxan just made a really bad copy.

Received the product today after 1 month of waiting but received all the shirts that are way bigger than the size chart. The worst thing is that the shirts are of a plastic material and the prints are so blurry and not even the same as the photos! Total scam!!

Ordered 3 shirts, 2 months later they finally shipped them but to the wrong country. Emailed them and the response always same generic message, never addressing issue or refund. BIG SCAM

Do not waste your money
Poor quality clothing and does not resemble the pictures on the instagram or website in the slightest
When you look into it you cannot receive a refund for sale items which is basically everything they sell
£50 with delivery wasted, iv learnt my lesson

Purchased 5 items of clothing. Jumpers/hoodies/ sweatshirts. All items received and good quality comfy attire. As stated on the website it typically takes 20 days to arrive to the UK but very much worth the wait👍🏽

I recently placed an order in the hope of receiving quality clothing at a reasonable price. Instead, I was sent a selection of wrong items, clothing of poor quality, and – to make matters worse – customer support was completely unresponsive when I tried to get an answer.

It is unacceptable that a company can not only fail to deliver the items I purchased correctly, but also provide such a low quality of service. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and I would not recommend to order there.

I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the items I have been sent and given the option of returning them. I look forward to seeing a swift resolution to my complaint.

Not only is their apparel and items over priced, a delivery time that took over a month and a half to be received, and both items in my order incorrect, their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. I have had more detailed and responsive conversations with my nephew who has only been able to speak for less than a year now.

I have been emailing back and forth with a representative for over 2 and a half weeks and all they have successfully done is ask me to send pictures and confirmations of my order and what I received. Then said they would give me a coupon voucher of $11, when my overall order was $60 (of which all of the items were incorrect). And the coupon didn't even work.

After emailing them back about the faulty coupon, I have now been going in circles with a new representative and still have accomplished nothing after another week and a half gone by. DO NOT PURCHASE STUFF HERE!!!

Order took a month to arrive of which one item was the wrong size and one item was totally different from the picture. Rest of the items were fine to be honest. However, biggest upset is that it is nearly impossible to get in contact with them since they do not respond to your emails. Therefore it has been impossible to return my items and get a refund.
