A friend has a pair of their boots, and they are absolutely beautiful, she highly recommended. Unfortunately, it seems this company has gone out of business or something shady is now happening. I ordered a pair on 12/23 but was then overcharged by 50 euros ( $53.09) which flagged me to reach out immediately to the company for a correction. Shocked that all 4 email addresses on the site bounced back, phone disconnected & the on-line form won't submit! Contacted my bank and they are disputing the charges & refunding me.
So sad to not be getting these beautiful shoes, major buzz kill!

Order has always been late and when I tried to do an exchange it took over 2 months. They refunded a shipping fee partially instead of fully…and now I have been awaiting a refund for over a month and half. All phone lines are disconnected and I’m certain that they are going bankrupt. Always delayed customer responses too. But this go around no reply in weeks.

I ordered a pair of boots from Inch 2 years ago.... and have not received the product nor refund that I asked for after a few month I placed the order. They replied but have excuse that the refund system doesn't work.
They still have the website and instagram and so many followers... I don't have clue why a brand like this can still operate?!

4 years ago I got 2 amazing pairs of shoes. I ordered another pair over a year ago and still haven’t received and was told to work with my bank but because of length of time bank does not have to give back - they guide you back to Inch. Still every month I send a email and get a response back that the shoes will be sent and the end of the following month and they never come. Total scam at this point.

stay away at all costs. Emailed countless times, asking for refund. Kept getting told to contact my bank directly. Spoke to bank and they advised because the order was placed 20 months ago they can't investigate. Avoid! Major scam, how they are still operating I do not know!

It is not a serious brand at all !!
I am suspecting it is a fake company.
I ordered now a boots from more than 1 years and I don’t have any serious unswear !!!

I have been trying to get in touch with Inch several times. Placed an order in September and still no delivery. Does anyone know how to get the money back?

Horrible experience, afther 6 months from the order I am still waiting for the delivery, Inch took the amount from my credit card in May!!! Don’t order from them!!

SCAM! How is this website still going?? it should be taken down! I ordered a year ago, lots of excuses, and will not refund told to claim through my bank, yet I am still getting promotional emails!

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER. They have no shoes in stock. And they do not refund. They did not have boots I paid and they refused to refund me with a stupid excuse that their refund system is broken.

If you already are a victim of these scammers I recommend you to contact your bank and report these scammers. They can chargeback them.

I believe this company as shoe manufactures do not exist anymore, but act as a SCAM, getting people's money and not having anything in store or factory to show for it.
In May 2021 I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, spending more than 600 euros. One pair arrived. Since then I am trying to retrieve my money or get my shoes.
I understood at some point, there is no way I can get my funds back. So, during our correspondence with Yolanda customer care for more than a year, I was advised by inch2 to collect the orders from Riga's showroom, despite me already have paid for delivery. But the plot thickened since last month...
I found the courier; I arranged with inch2 the date for collection from Riga. They asked me to provide the courier with Orders Numbers and the Date. But nobody was there on the other end of the phone when the Courier called them in Riga. Then the courier managed to get through, but nobody could advise him, saying they do not know anything. And you cannot just walk into the building of this so-called Showroom. So, the courier had to leave with nothing.
Now I have been sending emails for two weeks to find out the working contact number, and nobody is replying to me now, just automatically acknowledging my mails.
I called all other numbers from the website for London and Moscow Showrooms, but these numbers DO NOT EXIST.
INCH2 IS TOTAL SCAM. BRING THEM DOWN. IT IS NOT BUSINESS - IT IS SCAM

Hi, I've ordered my boots on 3rd of August 2022, they took my money, no shoes no refund till today! They responded on my first 3 emails saying that the shoes will arrive next week,next week and so on... Now they don't even respond to the emails.
I really can'b believe it and don't know what to do...

I have been waiting for boots I ordered during the Black Friday 2021 promotions for a whole year now. Each time I email them they say the boots will arrive next month. When I requested a refund they made various excuses why they cannot give it.

Stay away from this company!

Do not order from this supplier I have been waiting 11 months and still no delivery date. Distrusting service.

ON OCTOBER 2OTH I PLACED THE PAYMENT OF 265EUR FOR 2 PAIRS OF SHOES. NO MONEY, NO SHOES NO ANSWERS ON MY URGING EMAILS. BE CAREFUL AND DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. THIS SHOP I SCAM AND FAKE!

Do not buy! I didn't get the boots and I can't reach them at all! I payed $200,it's insane

I'm surprised this company is even allowed to operate as they do not fulfil any orders but also issue no refunds.

I paid for my boots in advance in March 2022. Come September, I've been advised multiple times of delays with the factory and kept being asked to wait another month, and then another months, and so on. In the end, having read their most recent reviews, I had requested a cancellation and a refund, which they are not able to issue for some reason.

Under pretend helpfulness, they sent me a pdf document to fill in to pass onto my bank. The issue is, which they know very well, after 120 days of payment date, it's almost impossible to get a refund via the bank. especially if you paid with a debit card.

So it's a win for Inch2 - no refund and no product needed to supply. They're probably either about to go bankrupt or they're a fraud company. Don't really know which is worse.

I am honestly disgusted that they're still operating. Btw none of their phone lines work. And as soon as you request a refund, suddenly their CS take days to reply.

Still trying to raise complaints within all the authorities I can within Eu and outside of it too, but wish their website was shut down.

I ordered shoes in March of 2021. Every month I write them and get back same email promising delivery the next month. The shoes cost over $300. From what I can gather, they take $300 from countless people on Facebook and never ship the shoes. They leave fake positive reviews every so often for themselves to try to offset the consistently poor reviews that real customers leave. Boy, they must have made sooo much money by never shipping the orders and taking people’s money. I couldn’t even figure out how to let Facebook know about the scam that they were allowing on their platform. Really, reallly outrageous.

I ordered the high western boots on November 16th, 2021 and they still have not arrived. I sent multiple emails and continuously got the same automatic emails back again, "you will get them next month." This of course was not the case. After six months I was told that there was yet another technical problem and I could choose other shoes or get my money back. Naturally, I asked for the latter. To this they replied that I had to arrange this all by myself with my bank (which by the way is not possible) because they can't give this back themselves. End result: no shoes and no money, so a really really really bad company.
