Reliable exchange, recently received a withdrawal to NZ bank account which took around a week. Used this exchange several years ago and the service was the same back then.

Fully verified customer with all the security in place and just tried to transfer 100 usdt which has been frozen with no reason! Asking lots of non sense questions just to drag your withdrawal! I had enough, time to move on!
Stay away from this dodgy exchange as far as you can !

They will withhold your money - AVOID!!!!
This mob will withhold your money for as long as they can. Don't expect to withdraw your crypto to a personal wallet. After a week of 'withdrawal pending' and lackluster support (they wouldn't tell me why I can't withdraw, only that its pending), I ended up selling my assets at the cost of their exorbitant fees and moving to another exchange.
Independent Reserve will make it incredibly hard for you to withdraw your crypto or money from their platform. Don't expect any support. There is no direct phone line to call to work out any issues or discrepancies. What they mean by so-called 24 hours support is that they will respond once every 24 hours via a message service and avoid addressing your issues.
I regret not reading recent reviews because I feel victim to their petty trick that ended up costing me $100 to get my money off their exchange.

Do not use this exchange. They will freeze your funds from crypto withdrawals for weeks and drag their feet in the supposed interest of your "security and safety" even though you have full multifactor turned on, sms, authenticator etc. They will make you lose time, energy and opportunity cost in attempt to claim back YOUR money.

Very disappointing. Very much similar experience to others, holding up payments and not being responsive to support inquiries.
After a few years of happily using their service, I am now moving to a different service provider.

After years of using IR and recommending to friends and family I am soooo disappointed. Over the last days they have wasted my time and locked my $$$$ up. This is costing me!!! The reason is their AML policy! Well after years and considerable trading, I would say it is a bit late for that. Clearly this company has an administrative problem and / or a commonsense one. BEWARE!! Withholding funds
They held $ that I sent them for days until I satisfied their AML request. And didn't allow me to access the $ I sent to my account with them until I satisfied the AML request, which took them more than a day to respond to any request, which was a huge source or stress, because of not being able to use the $ how I intended, or withdraw them from their platform.
Also it seemed that they triggered an AML because they knew I was about to buy the dip. (prices just dropped).
I will not be using this company again.
Also beware that this is the same company as bitcoin.com.au look up the ABN they are the same.
Do your research.

Have used these guys for a while now and have never had any problems. Much better volume than others means I know I am getting a good price.
