Worst company ever seen so far…. Cheaters

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my company incorporation process.

Repeated Negligence in Name Checks:
I have shared multiple name options with your team, expecting thorough checks for trademark conflicts or existing company names. However, it appears that your compliance team has repeatedly proceeded without proper due diligence or verification, risking rejection due to name conflicts.

No Update on Recent Application :
On 2nd July, I submitted the company name for 3rd time application. Despite two days having passed, I have not received any confirmation or acknowledgment—neither regarding the submission nor its status in the system.

Lack of Support & Poor Communication:
Your chat support appears unmonitored and ineffective. Every time I reach out for updates, I am told the concerned person is either on lunch, tea brak or unavailable, and that someone will call back—which never happens. I’ve had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates, which is highly unprofessional and frustrating.

I chose IndiaFilings for a smooth and guided registration process, but this experience has been disappointing and time-wasting. Kindly take this matter seriously and provide an urgent update on my application.

5 Start for sales team - punctual, calling on exact time, timely follow-up for payment. Excellent guidance and support before you pay them. Don't expect service after paying.

What a shit company seriously, no where in their domain/trademark-registration page it says there would be extra $299 per class for foreign nationals, also it showcase that

"Foreign nationals and entities can file trademarks in India with a ₹9,000 filing fee" and just below that they have showcased

₹9,000 Includes Filing Fee"

And that too is fine, when you ask for refund just after finding out that you are not eligible they would outright say 20% will be deducted ? i mean for what its just 5 min you have not even started anything

Poor Customer service. They charge very high compared to other similar service providers in the market, but they don't respond after making payment. You cant even escalate or contact them later.

All they worry is about their money. Responds almost immediately until you start a registration process with them and pay them. Then you are re-directed to other team where the response time is over 48 hours. I accidently ended up trusting them for filings and its been over a 14 days and still the work is not completed, now there is no one to even resolve the issue. Wish I could at least dispute the charges now.

They took my money and didnt do any work. They made me wait for 2months and kept telling me that there is a problem with the mca server finally i had to do it from some other source.
Dont trust them.Once your money is taken you will see how much you will be entertained.

It's a real cheating company.They are collecting upfront payment for all their services but after getting the same same they are treating us like begger. I have associated with them and refered some customers,now I lost all of them because of their poor services and response.Myself give one TM work,now it's one year,no update from them.Even they are not attending the calls and not responding to the messages.

India Filings has been a huge disappointment. I’ve been stuck with them for over a year now. I paid for services like GST filing, MCA work, and more, but most of it is still pending. The GST filing was done late because of the accountant’s mistakes. I’ve sent many calls and messages, but responses are slow or none. This is very unprofessional—stay away from them!

Horrible experience with IndiaFilings. 2 years.. Still they haven't filed the Pvt Ltd deeds.. STAY AWAY from IndiaFilings.. Scammers..

Very professional, hassle-free and timely service.

They may be OK for compliance. Are WORST for incorporation.
The person selling the service to you is customer-oriented, but he immediately goes away,now and you are faced with a new person who bullies you into doing things incorrectly because he cannot be bothered to do them right. You end up tolerating everything just to get the work done, and then discover the work itself is done completely incorrectly. When you show proof of discrepency between your instruction and work done, the same screenshot is sent back to you. It is better to hit your head on the wall than deal with these people.

I have never seen such shoddy work, such incompetence, and such refusal to accept any responsibility in one package before.

Highly recommend against. Better to not incorporate than hire them.

I have registered my company through India Filling. Paid what ever amount they said.
They registered and sent me some paper on mail saying this is your registration. Now after 2 month they are calling and asking me 30 thousand for fast process for registration. Or it will take 2 years for you. Look their is no objection from government of India.

This people has problem for asking and processing. So be careful full. If your getting your registration from India Filling. Payment they will keep asking as along as you can keep paying them.

Very Bad experience since they are not getting the money from.your side they will call you or text you again and again and after the fund transfer they are not responding and no doing any work not providing any service to you very pathetic not refunding your ammount as you are not willing to continue

Looks costly and useless all these things are avaible on youtube free and with some time can be booked easily. Need not feed them
