Purchased from one of their Trusted Providers, ReadyMed Enterprises, Nagpur (India), and never received anything other than unfulfilled promises.

I got scammed out of nearly $1000 by the vendors. The website doesn’t care whether the vendors who use it are crooks.

Received product in a timely manner. Was kept up to day with delivery timescales and when I had a query was responded to straight away

Never received my order. After it was sitting a month in customs (probably waited for additional information) it got sent back to the seller.
I made a generous offer and requested back only the cost of product and they can keep the shipping fee, which was higher than the cost of product. The seller agreed but regardless no refund was issued. I then ran out of my patience and issued a full refund request via paypal, which immediately accepted my request and saved the day.
Not recommended to order anything from there.

I recently fell victim to a fraudulent seller on IndiaMART while trying to purchase essential medical equipment (insulin pumps) for my diabetes management. The seller, using multiple aliases and fake PayPal accounts, tricked me into paying $1200 through PayPal donation links and CIB Bank smart wallets, which offered no buyer protection. Despite making full payment, I received no products and no refunds.

IndiaMART has failed to protect buyers like me from scammers. after I reported the fraud, they took no further responsibility. I am now left without my critical medical equipment, my money, or any form of compensation.

IndiaMART’s lack of proper seller verification and buyer protection has caused me immense stress, and they need to be held accountable. I urge anyone considering using IndiaMART to be extremely cautious. Their platform allows scammers to operate, and they provide little to no help when things go wrong.

I am pursuing legal action and won’t rest until justice is served. IndiaMART must take greater responsibility for the safety of their buyers.

Do not trust IndiaMART if you expect genuine seller verification and buyer protection.

Many scammers on this site. Beware, I was defrauded. Do not trust them. And the site itself is rubbish. Their complaint form doesn’t work and their chat doesn’t work. They do not stand by their customers.

So many scammers use false site and , ,moreover worse, the officials of India Mart can not distinguish true tracking site with false tracking site.
According to false site, my parcel is stopped by Toyama, this town is very faraway from the Tokyo airport and my hometown.
