Gorgeous Murano glass jewellery. Hayley is very communicative (if that's a word?!) and is lightning fast to reply to any queries. Couldn't be more helpful. Lovely packaging too. Indigo Silver is always my first stop when I need a gift or a wee treat for myself.

10years ago I was given pieces from one of the Munro glass collections, which I added to at the time.
Recently I broke the beaded bracelet and contacted Hayley to see if she could repair it and possibly replace any missing pieces, which she has done with such professionalism and kindness.

All I can say the jewellery is just exceptional as is the customer care and customer service after all these years.
It feels like yesterday I was given the bracelet and the repaired one ten years on feels just as good as new!
I can’t wait for another ten years of wear.

I've ordered from Hayley at Indigo Silver a couple of times and have received exceptional service. The products I chose (Murano glass pendants) arrived beautifully packaged and are such pretty items to wear. I always receive compliments about them.

I changed my mind about one pendant and Hayley ensured the refund/exchange process was smooth. The live chat online was helpful in this respect.

Amazing customer service! I wanted a gift for my mums birthday and left it very last minute so used the live chat feature on the website to ask when the earrings would be dispatched and received a phone call from Haley who offered to post the gift that day so it would arrive on time. Beautiful earrings, couldn’t fault anything!

Fantastic from start to finish. I wanted a replacement for some earrings I had lost, and although they were no longer available, Hayley couldn't have been more helpful. We exchanged photos of Murano glass beads and she custom made similar earrings within 2 days of me contacting her. Can't recommend highly enough, and the products are absolutely beautiful.

I have had a few pieces from Indigo Silver over the years and always been delighted with the quality and beauty of the jewellery. I especially love the lampwork beads! Recently, I accidentally broke my favourite lampwork and silver bracelet. I asked if by chance it could be repaired and was so happy when Hayley offered to repair it. It was repaired with additional silver beads, polished, gift wrapped and returned within a day and no charge was made. Excellent service, I will definitely be shopping there again. Many thanks!
