WELL where do I begin? My advice is to never EVER hire a vehicle from this company. I did because I got myself a driving job and my contractor used these. The short and long of it is they will try and take money from you no matter what. Tried to return the vehicle on a pre arranged time slot to a depot and got there and it was closed. Rang them up and was greeted with sarcasm and attitude from the other end of the phone. Then was told existing damage was my fault when it wasn't and there was video and photographic evidence of this. All in all it was a bad experience. You will get ripped off. AVOID

Simple.

I returned the van. In acceptable (according to their report) condition. Even had a surprise inspection 3 days before I returned it however after receiving the report they invoiced me for £1000 worth of damages.
The vehicle has a scratch on the front wing which was slightly indented. Max damage was £200. They won’t allow me to get a quote from an alternative body repair shop.
As they work with logistic companies they have you bent over to be able to manipulate you for money and there isn’t much you can do. There are dozens of more reputable companies than these guys.

It’s pretty much a scam how they extract money from customers.

Be vary wary.
