My local salon doesn’t seem to go for the customer friendly focus -I got fed up and changed my mind about a session when told max permitted time was 6 mins and I can’t ignore their advice?!!!

Is it compulsory to be rude to be employed at Indigo sun Wollaton? The girls are so unfriendly and unhelpful. It makes me never want to go again! Come on indigo sun, teach your staff to be pleasant to customers. After all they would have no job if the customers went elsewhere.

Disgusting behaviour , The staff confused me with 5 different people on the system and said that i have no minutes after purchasing a course of 60 minutes a few days before , i explained and showed proof that i had purchased a block on a bank statement and it’s impossible for me to have used the 60 minutes she continued to waft her hands in my face and started getting aggressive and loud which is completely out if order and unprofessional i will never ever visit this place again will be making a complaint both girls also refused to give their first name .

Emily and Chantelle, ( York) wow so knowledgeable advice given second too none . Personality wise AMAZING . If you are in need of some leccy beach and banter with hours topped up and lotion bought these two magicians are the ones too meet . Really enjoyed the experience and will definitely tell others of my experience. Thank you both .

Attended the Sutton in Ashfield branch a few times and in all occasions the two girls in the desk were horrible.

Upon one of my first visits I asked them for a tan accelerator that would make me look tanned faster but not with bronzer in she advised me on a brand and I paid for it. After leaving the shop all I can describe was it looked like I applied fake tan it looked horrible. To my shock it was a bronzer and I looked like i had a dodgy spray tan.

The second visit I asked about the previous visit and why it was a bronzer they looked at me like I was an alien and said “ oh yea it’s a bronzer. “. I explained I don’t want that but they just laughed it off.

The last time I visited the shop staff were out front sunbathing and eating chips. Bear in mind it’s only the the girls working no one manning the shop so any one could have down any thing. Really rude and stuck up to my friend. Yea keep my remaining minuets I’m going back to my old shop were they are friendly and not bratty bitchy girls.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY

This was the first that’s I’ve wanted to go for a sunbed due to a lot of anxiety which I’ve finally build the confidence to go, however when my mate and myself went in there at 22:15 bare in mind they close at 22:30, we went in and the two girls stared at us blank in the face did not say anything and then finally asked us how long we wanted, I told them the minutes and the blonde girl threw the cleaning equipment onto the floor in a hissy fit, very unprofessional and made both of us uncomfortable for our first time going to a sunbed show, hopefully this negative review will knock some sense into that uptight brat

Awesome customer service from 2 main lady’s that have worked there quite a while, always there to help when you need it, I cannot fault the customer service or the beds, absolutely amazing! I used to be a tanning consultant my self and I can honestly say these are the best beds I have used. I normally do 20 mins on a bed and I can barely handle 15 on these beds which is great! And I also looove a hot bed. Fully fully recommend.

Horrible, racist to gypsys and travellers and horrible customer service.

The 2 girls in watford were too busy talking about their holiday they were going on and made many mistakes.
one lady booked 15 mins got 12 and argued with the young lady - one lady commented they had put her on an old bed not the new she normally uses and girls were rude. whilst there one girl made 4 mistakes - ignored customers standing there Not the service you normally get in there

When I signed up they took my email/ phone number and you sign a declaration. On the disclaimer you forget a year later what you signed. I lost around 40 pounds due to the fact my minutes expired. They don't notify you that you minutes are going to expire.by email/ text. In future I will be going to their competitor in town, based on the fact there is no time limit on your minutes and they dont charge any difference between stand up or lay down. I do hope the owners take note of this. They could easily set up a system in place as a courtesy to remind people, or indeed have a no time limit policy. Not exactly customer service.

The girls ,their advice,how I was treated,nothing rushed,waiting, Proberly thought I was a dizzy blonde, but unfortunately I'm all grey now cant label me ,Been 15plus years since I used these, so these girls were great full of energy life enjoyed the music in the cube also great experience for me ,

Avoid and don’t buy any advance minute packages. We bought 60 minutes but will move abroad, we asked for a refund which was refused despite their being no terms and conditions on their website. We asked if we could split the 60 minutes between myself and partner, was told no. Tried to go to use some minutes but the car park was full and queues of 10+ cars. Avoid and go elsewhere

I want raise a complaint about two issues at Unit 3, Berryfields Square Local Centre, Aylesbury HP18 1AS.

one of your sunbed (no 1) doesn’t work properly ( shoulder lam left side doesn’t work, I’ve got pictures as a proof)at the address Unit 3, Berryfields Square Local Centre, Aylesbury HP18 1AS

The other main issue one of member of the staff doesn’t know the basic about sunbed with what I had an issue with. She is confident that it is a mirror but not shoulder lamp one side ( left is mirror but left it is lamp) the accent has happened on 27/04/2025 around 6pm.
I’m your valuable customer for many years and have never had such problems and bad attitude before
I do ask you take an action and comeback to me with what has been done regarding this issue

U have been going here for 2 to 3 yrs spent alot of money being disabled i use sunbeds for my back.
I spent time in hospital to come out and find all my minutes 60pd worth have been taken away. With no notification of this.
To have an email back refusing to refund or reinstate minutes.
Awful customer service the girls in the watford branch didn't know how to contact you. Had to find out for myself.(not thier fault) but managers should make sure they know!
60pd is alot for a disabled person to loose.
Trying to put complaint in. But to no avail.
So upsetting

Have used indigo sun for a while now and it is a very professional company with excellent equipment, staff and service. Just one issue I have had is that if you don’t use your credit within a certain time (I had not been for a while due to personal reasons) they just take it away but don’t tell you at any point that this is the case. I will always use their company as they are very good but they really should tell you before buying time on the beds that it has a timescale!

Lovely clean environment. The beds are always sparkling ready for use. The team at Ladywell are an absolute credit to Indigo Sun. They are welcoming, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they are all so happy too. Their customer service skills should be applauded. They are always busy keeping the salon in tip top condition too. I have visited other branches but they are not a patch on the Ladywell shop. Well done Ladywell. Would definitely recommend 😊

Indigo sun beds always give me the darkest and loveliest tan! Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! :)

I regularly visit the linwood salon, really clean shop! And great staff, last week I had the pleasure of Lucy and Alice helping me with what cream I should use. Both very knowledgeable girls. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
