Order not received but money taken

Hi - this is now my third message to you chasing my order [Order #xxxx] (1st March 2023)
As you haven't responded I am assuming that no order will be delivered and you will no doubt not refund my money - as I've seen has happened to a number of other customers on Trust Pilot.
I will be taking this to our Finance and Legal department to escalate this further.
I have your address details from companies house as 47 Capel Road, Watford, England, WD19 4AE and google maps has kindly given me a picture location.

No plants received - no way to contact them for a refund

No plants received, no phone number to contact them, they do not reply to emails, very disappointing. They say they have sent a delivery with UPS, but there is nothing for our address with UPS as we have the MyChoice system that shows our deliveries. They say they have sent two deliveries. Complete lies I fear.
