I had some difficulties redeeming my voucher and emailed the team @ Indytute for assistance.
I received exceptional customer service from Helen, who replied immediately to my numerous queries. I managed to change from one experience to another without any fuss. Helen went above and beyond to assist me.

I read my register date, clearly written on the form, June 25th 2025 however when I went to register and arrange the day I found in small letters that this had to be done within 6 months of purchase. Very confusing and really upsetting.

I could not recommend this independent experiences business more. I have had such good interactions with them when resolving an issue of my making. They could not have been more friendlier and willing to assist me. There are the other 'big' well known companies out there, but from now on The Indytute will be my first port of call whenever I am looking to buy an experience gift for myself or friends/family. Absolutely superb!

A Great Day Out
I did not know what to expect when we arrived for our Cheese Tour but Pearlo put us at ease straight away and we had an amazing time. The history involved was so interesting.

A really interesting and entertaining Night Walk in London with Dr Matthew Green. Matthew is hugely knowledgeable and extremely eloquent. He engages his audience well and uses actors to help tell the stories bringing them to life. A really good evening.

Helen has been beyond helpful! She kindly helped me with re organising a voucher after the venue was closed and am able to redeem somewhere new and enjoy the cinema experience.

What a wonderful Company! Superb days out/weekends away and experiences. This beats the 'big boys' of the experience world. FANTASTIC customer service, I neglected to order a Card Voucher to give to my son for his Birthday and that was sorted very quickly and very efficiently. Use these guys for all your experiences - unusual and wonderful!

The walk was very interesting and informative. John personalised it very well.
I must say that Ihad some reservations as John's background was from the Stranglers and the punk era; but I was pleasantly surprised that John's walk/talk was of a much wider musical era!

Not only do they have great, quirky experiences to choose from, their customer service is quick, friendly and personal. Highly recommended.

Despite the FAQs being very helpful, I needed to speak to Customer Service about my experience voucher. I had a full response, promptly and to everyone's satisfaction. This is what marvellous customer service looks like.

Customer service is second to none. We had issues with using our voucher due to health issues with one of the recipients and Helen and her colleagues went the extra mile to help at the very last minute.

Like all of these companies it is a pain in the backside and time consuming to book an experience.
The also Didn't want to refund the £5 balance on my experience, just wanted me to spend more at their organization

We had purchased a Voucher for a Cinema experience, however when we went to book a viewing using the voucher we found the cinema company had unfortunately gone into liquidation. We contacted Indytute regarding the issue, which we were pleased to see was solved very quickly (we had a reply the same day) by Helen- who made it extremely easy and stress free swapping the voucher over to a different experience of our choice. Great customer service, looking forward to our Chai Afternoon tea for two!
