Finally get very difficult to contact somebody from this organisation

This is a dishonest business and can only be categorised as a scam. Our pushchair is still under warranty but they ignore all contacts from us

Poor quality car seat, avoid. They don’t take warranty into consideration and the customer service is shockingly rude! No intention of helping the customer.

Not surprised they went bust, definitely not due to rising costs as everything was made in China, though on old website they said 'Europe'. All their employees quit due to poor management, losing sales when people discovered the awful quality of products, management only cared about money not about customer satisfaction and they never owned up to faults so began heavily avoiding fixing broken items from customers. Good riddance!

Absolutely LOVE my pram! Over 2 years and still going strong! Only had one tyre pop after 23 months of constant use, which is understandable, luckily I bought spares.
The price you just cannot beat anywhere and the quality is second to none 💖Would never look anywhere else for a new pram ever again! Super fast delivery as I only ordered it a week before I was induced and arrived before I went into hospital. Highly highly recommend 🙏

Never received the correct order, I even returned the item while playing for the postage out of my own money costing me £30+. Still never received a refund from them. Avoid at all costs!

Worst customer service. I was wondering why they always have those ridiculously good discounts, and after purchasing a travel system I realized that it is mainly due to the very poor quality of their products.
I had an issue immediately with the wheels, which appears to be very common from my reading online. Since the product was still in the warranty I contacted the customer service, which is very difficult to to start with, but they refused that the broken wheel is due to poor manufacturing, even though I was only using the stroller on paved roads, not off-road as they were marketed for, and I supported my claim with a lot of evidence photographs. In the end I was forced to buy from them one wheel as a spare part, which costed as much as third of the price of the while travel system.
Never again, and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Your product is very bad, I couldn’t use it. I don’t recommend for anybody not even for an animal.

Hello ! I’ve purchased one Infababy MOTO 3in1 i-Size Travel System - Titanium Grey . During the walking with my baby , the infababy motto was broken. My baby have 10
Kilograms. I need one customer service number please ! ASAP

We bought a travel system & car seat from infababy back in 2019. The travel system has been excellent, we have now been using it with our second child. The wheels have gone threadbare from so much use, I’ve looked high & low for replacement wheels but haven’t had any luck with the website now gone which has now led us to purchase another pram. Disappointed to have had to do this as I hate to have to get rid of the whole thing down to the wheels. Overall though the pram is in great condition, no tears or fraying of the fabric or basket underneath.

I've been using this stroller for a little over a year now. The stroller performed well, there were no problems during this period. We had a lot of trips, moves, trips, flights - everything was great.
The only thing I don’t like is that when I use the cradle, it is very difficult to use the basket; the small distance between the basket and the cradle does not allow full use.
Not light, but reliable stroller.

After a couple of months of use the front wheels started locking and steering properly then kept buckling in under themselves. The handle then snapped when going up a kerb and I've just seen they now appear to have closed down so there is no way of getting help with this or replacement parts. Stay well away!

The wheel on the travel system don't work properly. It is hard to manoeuvre the pram

Customer service is very unprofessional. Seemingly do not understand your requests or pretend not to.
The product is good though, so I will give it two stars to be fair.
I wanted to get spare parts that were not on the very limited list on the website and I was prepared to pay whatever. After many emails back and forward,with photographs, descriptions, asking the same questions all over again etc,she said it is not possible to get any other part that's not on the website. Precisely what I asked in the first email. All of that with unapologetic and arrogant attitude.
I spent 90£ on spares,but couldn't use them,because I needed that one which they couldn't provide, for other once to work.
They said that they don't accept returns, so I couldn't send it back either.

Absolutely terrible product!! I bought the infababy travel system for my newborn and within a few months the two front wheels started getting stuck, then the back wheels came loose and started clicking. Last week I had my little boy out for a walk and the front wheel completely snapped of in the middle-of-the-road the road! Luckily the car that came round the corner was able to stop as I was struggling to get the pram of the road! Tried contacting infababy but the number provided is incorrect, have put in a complaint against them with resolver but even they can't seem to contact them in anyway! Would not recommend.

2 front wheels of the pram broken and locking and steering pram in the wrong direction. Attempted to contact infababy by email and had no response. Have now had to buy new pram

Terrible product and terrible service. Bought a travel system which completely snapped in half and left my baby on the road. Subsequently can’t get hold of anyone at infababy to complain and their website is down too.

Initially, it looked nice by the look and it worked well for 4-5 months after that, its wheels started to get stuck and we corrected it by locking its wheels in straight one direction but now its handle has broken, and without that this buggy is useless. And there is no point of contact for the replacement of that piece, Worst products don't buy products that don't have customer services.

Wheel fell off after 3 months. Customer Service is non existent. Had to purchase a replacement travel system with better build quality and design.
