The Olto replaced my Citi Bike habit, and my motorcycle plans
I rode the Olto for a week in NYC and didn't want to give it back.
For years I got around on Citi Bike, and I'd been telling myself I needed a motorcycle for longer rides. The Olto turned out to be the practical thing for me. It's built for bike lanes, so I skip the traffic and parking hassles that come with a motorcycle + longer trips across the city feel easy.
The acceleration is amazing. It's also insanely quiet, almost too quiet: people on the bridge don't hear you coming, so you learn to use the bell.
My favorite trip was riding over the Williamsburg Bridge instead of taking the L into the city. It's faster, there's no packed train, and you get the skyline on the way in. It changed how I get around.
You gotta give it a try!!
