Won't be using again (Update)
The website says it has the products but it doesn't, and there is no help to loyal customers, sorry ex-loyal customers.
UPDATE - When this review was seen by Infinite Vapour they text me a very abrupt text, and said they didn't want or need my custom (nice that they can afford to pick and chose their customers) and that they were going to delete my account, very unpleasant over text and not great service, changed the password and email address without my permission to stop me accessing it, not that I will be using it now anyway.
So unprofessional for a company to retaliate and overreact because of a review, I wouldn't have even written the review if they had been more helpful, their website said they have 168 of the product I want but they didn't have any, they text and every time I chose something else they told me they had run out, this happens but it was just the way it was dealt with.
Not even sorry for the inconvenience and there was no refund or offer of free next order like they stated below I have the text conversation to prove it, you only put this on the review to make yourself look good and me look bad, quite honestly they didn't welcome the review as stated otherwise they wouldn't have made threats or deleted my account.
