I wanted to integrate Infobip TXT service with Microsoft Dynamics, I setup the integration, but the texts were getting as far as Infobip and stopping, even for verifies numbers, I raised a support request but nothing back from them in over 3 weeks, so I moved on!
Misleading pricing model and poor use
Building a chatbot during the trial period reveals several serious issues. The interface is counterintuitive — it doesn’t allow for a clear overview of the decision tree or the efficient reuse of conversation sequences.
What’s worse, you soon discover that the service isn’t based on a single subscription, but on multiple overlapping ones. While configuring your chatbot, the system doesn’t warn you that the features you’re adding come with additional costs. These are not advanced or exceptional features — they are basic tools required to make the chatbot truly functional.
Once the trial ends, if you don’t pay the full amount resulting from these hidden add-ons, your bot configuration panel disappears entirely, and you can’t use or access your chatbot.
Even more frustratingly, if you don’t use the service for a while (because your bot is inaccessible, of course), the company still expects you to pay retroactively for all the months you’ve been inactive. In my case, having set payments to manual top-up mode, I went on holiday and returned to find that I had to pay for two months I hadn’t used the service at all — just to regain access.
When I contacted the company to explain that I was being charged for a service I couldn’t even use, their response was that the service had been “available”, therefore the charge was justified. This is absurd, considering that the control panel becomes inaccessible the moment you stop paying.
In short, the product is confusing, the billing system is misleading, and the customer support simply refuses to acknowledge the flaws in their model. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the small print very carefully before committing.
I don't recommend them
I don't recommend them. They haven't been able to solve a simple integration problem with Hubspot for four weeks. Support is a complete disaster! It's hard to know who to contact for technical issues.
Slow and useless support
Never in my life have I ever dealt with a worse platform than Infobip. My whatsapp number that I purchased from Infobip was not verifying through their platform despite being a number bought from them. The number was useless to me without verification and unfortunately Infobip's support was clueless as to what was happening.
It took them 2 weeks to still remain oblivious about the issue at hand while giving excuses that they haven't head from the "registrations" teams (which I do not think even exists).
Stay away from this platform!!
Complete scam
"Sorry if our product is not fit for purpose, you should have done your research before buying it" is their way of doing business. Here's the full story:
I bought a Spanish phone number, and it turned out it was banned in Telegram (it didn't get banned after I used it, I could not start to use it because it was already banned). So I asked for a refund, they wasted time in several ways and eventually agreed to a full refund. They told me several times that "the finance department is slow" and that they were "processing" the refund. So I eventually opened a dispute in PayPal, which was automatically and immediately denied supposedly because I filed it more than 30 days after the transaction (PayPal's dispute system is a joke). Clearly InfoBip had been wasting my time so that it would be too late for me to get a refund through PayPal. Then they gave me a refund of 5€, I asked if it was a joke, and they told me (again) that they were "checking on it". In the end they replied (after having told me several times that they were processing a full refund) that they were sorry but would not give me a refund, because "The numbers do work, but they do not have the telegram functionality, which you should have looked into or contacted us before purchasing the numbers".

Terrible service
Terrible service! I have requested a number in the US. The demand process works offline, and I waited for my request to be approved. During the approval process, I wrote to the Customer Service about a request to cancel and refund, and they said you accepted the terms and conditions before you signed up :) They charged me for non-use of the service. Keep away from here.

One of the worst platforms i've dealt with in my life, first i got recommended this platform by a friend, i took a look on the feedbacks here and thought it would be wrong to ignore my friend's recommendation so i had setup a campaign for at least 2 months using their platform and expenses just to end up with the worst customer service and the scam process is very weird, i'll tell you right away if you're looking for a platform that scams your money with unexplained hidden costs, fees & unclear billing processes involved infobip is your choice.

Extremely Weak Support: The level of support provided has been extremely disappointing. Urgent issues receive little to no attention, and responses are often delayed beyond reasonable expectations.
Delayed Resolution of Critical Issues: Critical problems are not addressed in a timely manner. For instance, it took an unbelievable 37 days to connect our Messenger and Instagram accounts, which is simply unacceptable.
Persistent Bugs: Bugs in the system are never resolved. This not only affects the efficiency of our operations but also leads to repeated disruptions.
Bugs in Core Functions: The presence of bugs in essential system functions, such as connecting channels and sending/receiving messages successfully, is alarming. These are fundamental aspects of the service that should be flawless.
Payment Processing Issues: Payments cannot be finalized smoothly, which causes additional frustration and operational hurdles.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Infobip Title
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience using Infobip’s services. I subscribed to their WhatsApp channel service, paying 29.94 USD, and funded my account with an additional 30.90 EUR to use for message delivery. According to Infobip, the service was supposed to be activated immediately upon payment. However, despite the payment being processed, the service has not been activated even after several days.
What’s worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times, but my requests for assistance have gone unanswered. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the amount I’ve paid.
Infobip’s failure to deliver on their promises and their unresponsive customer service have left me frustrated and out of pocket. I cannot recommend their services to anyone based on my experience. If you are considering using Infobip, think twice before committing your money.
