I have ordered the debit card 6 times…
I have ordered the debit card 6 times and never received. When you ask for support is impossible to talk to a human being as only a recorded voice responds to the phone calls, and online support and in person will only tell you they can resend it again and again and will be luckier next time. I have not received it yet and I think I’ll close to bank account and have to pen with another bank.

Professional and Transparent Service
I have been a customer of ING Belgium for some time and have always been satisfied with their service. Although my recent loan application was not approved, the process was handled professionally, clearly, and respectfully. The staff took the time to explain the decision, and communication was transparent throughout.
I appreciate that the bank applies its lending criteria consistently and responsibly. Their online banking services are easy to use, customer support is helpful, and overall I have had a positive experience with ING. While I was naturally a bit disappointed with the outcome of my application, it has not changed my confidence in the bank. I would still recommend ING Belgium for their reliability, professionalism, and customer service.
