I create custom game mats for board games and expansions and inked always has the best in custom playmats (and mousepads).
Where to begin... I sent a order for a mousepad i january, its now july and Ive just now gotten it after sending a reminder to their customer service TWICE! First time they sent that there was a small delay and that I would get a discount code that i still havent gotten. terrible service and expensive products so just go somewhere else.
I ordered my playmat on February 13th 2025, at time of writing is is July 14th. I had multiple emails explaining that there were delays and that my order was still in the pipeline, but 5 months is ridiculous. When I went to request a refund I received no response. Looking into it I have seen other cases of people not receiving their orders or a refund. Though Inked Gaming is one of the top results, when you scroll further you can often see many posts on various forums warning people to avoid their services.
They have had many company issues since January. I keep getting updates that they will send my order, so I wanted to stick with them but here I am 7 months later with nothing. Email communication has stopped and the phone number on the website is disconnected. I am out $100.
I placed an order for a custom XXL mousepad on June 10th, 2025, and paid $78.74. As of today, the order is still marked as "unfulfilled" and I have received no updates regarding production or shipping.
I reached out to Inked Gaming's support multiple times via email to request a cancellation and refund – following their own terms of service which state that cancellation is possible if production hasn't started. Despite this, I have not received any response at all, not even an acknowledgment.
It's now been over two weeks, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I feel ignored as a customer, and at this point, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank if they don’t react soon.
Extremely disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Inked Gaming based on how poorly this has been handled.
I ordered two playmat bags on January 28th, 2025. I received them today, July 7th, 2025. One of the bags was not the bag I ordered. So they took six months to deliver, and sent incorrect items. I had reached out to their customer service about a delivery date sometime during this saga, and I did not get a response back.
Their marketing, social media, etc. talks about how they've messed up and have had supply/production issues etc, but this is the type of situation where a company deserves to fail. If you cannot take care of your customers, scale back and rebuild. Don't string us along and take orders.
Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a mouse pad back in January of 2025, 6 months later I still have not received anything.
Customer service won't respond to my emails. Going to try to get my bank to get the charge off my card.
Feels like the company is either failing or just a straight up scam.
Their website is pretty user friendly. Ordering was an easy and streamlined process. I did receive an email after my order explaining that increased orders had slowed process and ship times, which is understandable and points for addressing it at purchase. I ordered my mat on June 7th, it's currently July 1st. I have received zero communication beyond the initial confirmation and no response to the multiple emails I have sent requesting info about my order. As of now I am unsure whether or not I will receive my product. I will give them another week to at least respond before I back charge the order.
I’ve been waiting for my order for over 5 months. This whole time their communication was pretty horrible, I can’t get responses or I’ve requested a refund, but haven’t gotten any sort of response for over 2 weeks.
Ordered 3 playmats and a bag in January. I have had no customer service outside of an ai chatbot, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. This company clearly is not capable of fulfilling orders right now.

Ordered over 10+ times, yes sometimes shipping can take a few weeks. But the quality is perfect. Size options are great and the image quality on custom pads are also amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else for a custom mouse pad. Have been using for 4+ years and will continue using for the forseeable future.
Ordered February 3rd, order received June 13th. Of the 2 mats ordered, one was incorrect. Absolutely terrible customer service throughout the process constantly promising an update in a couple of weeks and then going radio silent. Will NOT be ordering from them again
I live in Europe, 5 months to finally come , shipment cost me at least 30 euros, final product came without packaging or any paper anything really inside the box the shipped it... It's not worth it at all, I don't recommend it. Very expensive, tiring to wait and worse unboxing experience...
No problems with shipping time or shopping the online store. The mats were amazing. I had no idea what I was missing playing without one. I'll be getting more in the future and maybe a mouse pad or two.

I've still yet to receive my mousepad with no reply from support for 7 entire days. Each attempt at talking to support was "We have no update". disgusting lack of care
I ordered a break mat on April 11th. They said custom mats could take up to 20 business days to fulfil which was fine.
After the 30th business day I reached out their support chat option and asked if there was any update. Still haven't heard back from that. We are not at almost 40 business days with no feedback or anybody reaching out to me.
I have begun the charge back process and have reported the company for as a fraudulent company to my bank
