Definitely worth any wait
I've ordered a few times from Inked, and while there was a slight wait on an order, the results have always been worth it; the playmates I ordered were vibrant, well made and most importantly were a hit with my friends (who they were gifts for). The one time I've reached out to customer service, the reply was quick and addressed all my concerns.

Website is great and easy to use. Products are of great quality as always. Other than being a little bogged down/ slow with processing and shipping everything was good. Please note my purchase took place during a large sale, so some delayed processing was expected.

Really Patient with my design
Inked Gaming was extremely helpful when I was getting my playmat printed. The bleed and resolution was a concern and we had to do multiple pass backs to get it just right.
They were very patient with me and prioritized my satisfaction of the design.

Delays and AI Crap Everywhere
I ordered a mat during their black Friday sale in November of 2024 and as of May 2025, it still hasn't shipped.
Furthermore, their selection of in-house mats are littered with bad AI art and there's no way of easily filtering out this garbage.
I WANT to like this store and support independent business owners but this feels like such a poorly managed operation.

I purchased a stitched custom playmat from Inked Gaming back in 2019. Still use it for every game, despite having dozens of others to choose from. Quick customer service, fast manufacture, easy customization and good price. Add fast shipping and I had a very good experience indeed.

Lack of Communication
I have never placed an order with this company before, and I cannot guarantee I ever will. I placed an order in January. We are approaching the end of May and I still have not received it. Having delays, I understand, but the lack of communication is staggering. I reach out at either the beginning or the end of the month for an update. I have not received an email in over a month. I cannot even cancel if I want to.

The quality is worth it!
I've used inked gaming for a few years now to order custom playmats for my husband's magic. Although the most recent purchase was delayed a lot it was a one time experience. My previous orders were shipped relatively quickly and the quality is always worth the wait. My husband loves them and being able to send a custom picture to use makes it truly unique.
