I would actually give 5 stars for customer service, which was great - speedy responses, helpful advice, second pack sent out within 24 hours when first failed. However, prepare for disappointment if you're looking to replace Epson cartridges as the "compatible" Incredible ones simply weren't recognised. On the other hand, you have nothing to lose if you give them a try as the company will refund you.

I contacted INKredible after another…
I contacted INKredible after another company supplied the wrong cartridges and could not help any further.
I mailed INKredible with images of my original and Rabina emailed me back requiring more information which I supplied, She spoke with someone from her tech dept and she assured me they would send the correct ones which duly came next day. The cartridges were indeed correct and printed out a perfect CMYK test print.
A special thanks to Rabina who went the extra mile to make sure the cartridges were the correct ones.
Many Thanks and will reccommend this compay to friends and associates.

Great after sales service should you need it
I have been using Inkredible ink supplies for years, I had a small issue with my latest order (the first time ever) and I am glad to say this was rectified straight away with a free gift as well !
