Inkredible deserve that name
Inkredible deserve that name. The service they provide has been outstanding. After fitting a replacement cartridge the computer threw up an error message, so as I am not very computer literate I took it to them and they completely sorted it out, and gave the printer a spring clean for free.
Above and beyond in terms of service. Thank you.

INKredibly bad service
I ordered my usual type of cartridge - first time I've used this company. Cartridge was leaky when opened - and didn't even fit the printer!
I will NEVER be using INKredible again.

Thanks for your review. I can see this order was from December last year but I can't find any record of you contacting our Customer Services about the issue as yet? We always urge customers to contact us as soon as they experience any problems as we can put things right immediately this way.
Looking at the order, I can see that it was placed from a cartridge code page rather than a printer model page. This can often lead to the wrong cartridges being ordered, so we'd be interested to know your printer model if you could get in touch with us? Just so that we can double check everything was correct at the time of ordering.
Any leaking cartridges (which can happen from time to time during transit) would be immediately replaced upon being contacted. In regards to the fitment issue, we can see this is your first order with us and it is likely that the Patent Free cartridges received are of a slightly different design to Original Manufacturer or other Compatible inks you've used before, which we understand may cause initial doubts over the suitability for your printer. However, as long as the correct cartridges were purchased, I can 100% guarantee they will fit your printer and we're always more than happy to advise when any doubts arise.
As mentioned, you're still under warranty for this purchase and we're definitely here to help should you wish to contact us with some more details.

TO7115 multipack cassettes received from you did not fit my printer DX4400. As I did not use them immediately I realised it was too late to return them. eg the nozzles did not match the cassettes that we normally use.

We have checked and cannot see any contact from yourself in relation to this issue.
I can see this is your first time buying the compatible cartridges from us for your Epson printers and I suspect you did actually receive the correct item for your printer, despite the differences you noticed between a previous suppliers cartridges and ours.
We sell Patent Free cartridges for Epson printers so as to not infringe upon their patents. For this reason, our design may appear to be different to other cheaper compatible cartridges you may have used in the past, but they are fully designed and tested to work as normal.
We always urge customers to get in touch regarding any problem they may have, regardless of if they think they are outside any return period. If these cartridges didn't work for any reason and we worked with you to perform any diagnosis, you're fully covered by our 12 month guarantee.
Unfortunately, there is little we can do after any cartridges are thrown away which is a shame as we notice you awarded us a 5* review back in 2019 and I'm sure we could have assisted again if contacted.

INKredible offers a great product at a 1/3 of the cost.
Ever since discovering INKredible, I've been exclusively buying my ink from them. Their prices are incredibly wallet-friendly, especially when you take into account the top-notch quality of their ink.
Normally, grabbing ink directly from Canon could set you back three times more than what you'd pay elsewhere. I've dabbled with other websites before, and while the quality was usually alright, the ink would often dry up in the cartridge, mainly because I don't use my printer all that frequently. But with INKredible, their ink has consistently been of the highest caliber, and it never dries out, even after lounging in my printer for a solid four months.
What's even better is that their delivery is fast.
All in all, it's a fantastic service.

No-one does it better - to quote a cracking song!
Over the years, I've ordered from quite a few ink cartridge vendors, but honestly, since I began to order from "Inkredible" I am very unlikely to change vendors, now! Inkredible are "incredible!" They keep a record of your printer and account, so as soon as you return to order more, all the products for your printer appear on screen. My order for a full set of cartridges plus an two extra Black, was accomplished in a couple of minutes, paid for and expected arrival notified - the Thursday after Christmas (2023). Try them. I doubt you'll find better! (PS: I have nothing to do with Inkredible except as a vey satisfied customer, and this Review has been written by me, not by 'AI' of "Uncle Tom Cobbly"! :-)
