I ordered a personalised candel for my friend for christmas in Novemeber. On completion of sale said it would be with me in 2-4 working days. After 10 working days i chased my order as my shop app said preparing shipment. After sometime i finally recieved an email saying my gift had been delivered and lift by the gate, i dont have a gate. I have contacted happy inky on several occasions but they have not replied to me let along offered to resend or refund. Will not be recommending this company or using it again

I haven't had much time to review the package of overlays I received, but at an initial glance, it appears to be packed full of very useful items. Colors are bright; clip art is realistic, and the sky overlays are especially attractive. Very pleased. Thank you!

Regarding the order number, VF46176359 This order was for a personalised pet memorial candle I am disgusted to see that this was ordered nearly a week ago but is still showing’ waiting to ship.’!!! This is disgraceful customer service.
This is a very sensitive situation with the heartbreaking loss of a young 2Year old healthy German Shepard dog that was part of the family and much loved, lost so tragically. we are heartbroken and wanted a remembrance candle for the animal crematorium. Ordered last Saturday and no effort to explain a delay, no thoughts to the heartbreak behind the order.
Initially poor service as failed to send discount code despite 6 attempts as a new customer and gave up, paying full price, £16 fora small candle with overpriced delivery that dish not show when ordering, disgraceful lack of empathy and ridiculous charges for such a poor service. Clearly cashing in on peoples vulnerability and grief with no thought into the impact. Still waiting 6 days later for item to be shipped. Would never use this company again, no updates or explanation. A very upset and angry customer. If I could give a minus number I would

Good mix of collage elements from vintage to modern. Sale price was very reasonable.

It's annoying to constantly have to log on or verify that I'm a human while downloading files. How about alphabetizing the files so it's easier to go back to where you left off?

I purchased the 1900+ Vintage Collage Cut-Outs Bundle, and discovered a link in the bundle that was broken (404 Message - File Not Found). I contacted InkyDeals right away and explained the issue. Four days later, after not hearing from them on my request for help, I have written them again. I am currently waiting to hear how they will rectify the problem. This is not my first issue with graphic bundles I’ve purchased through them, but they have usually helped to fix the problem. I think I will not be buying from InkyDeals going forward. Too many issues for my comfort level

Exactly the font I was looking for, along with a whole bunch of others. All at an extremely low price, and great customer service.

It will be 5 stars if I wouldn't buy complete rubbish on a page , some one has to check contents of goods posted on they behalf.
I do not know seller directly , I only trust company who sell it and this is Inky Deals.
Luckily I had a time to complain and have my money back, but from now on will be ignoring offers , however they might be tempting.
Sellers like I had experience with must be struck off that page , so will be only good offers after.

I haven't been able to down load my orders.

A few of their actions had errors in them. Their customer service was great: instant refund, no questions asked! Will definitely buy from again~!

The fonts are very interesting and good quality.

wasn't easy to find the download- and more importantly-the quality of the images weren't good at all.

I Ordered neat projects 3 Paid & downloaded it like I have with various Inky deals products & found it only works with Windows That wasn't on the website ! so I can't open it It's no use to me so I've wrote to them a couple of times & had no Answer. Yes it has Thank you. I shall be using you again
