Client Be Warned - Inky was contracted to produce two books for our company. When we received the draft of both books, the illustrators did not follow most of our instructions. We canceled the first book after the first draft was unusable and lost our initial deposit. We decided to work with the second illustrator to make changes and paid the full amount plus an additional amount for promised new illustrations to get the second book up to the original purchase agreement. That was one year ago and we still have not received any illustrations. The company has been unable to contact the illustrator and has refused to honor the agreement or return any of the payment for the illustrations. We have lost thousands of dollars and I would never recommend the company or their illustrators.
