We had a very poor experience working…

We had a very poor experience working with InMailers.

Through our platform ProfilePartner, we supplied them with ID-verified LinkedIn accounts that were exclusively assigned for their use. Despite this, client campaigns were not set up or launched properly, which meant we took the brunt of client dissatisfaction and complaints for issues that were entirely on their side. This caused avoidable reputational damage to our business.

In addition, there were ongoing communication and payment issues:

- Missed and overdue invoices
- Continued use of accounts beyond renewal periods
- Repeated emails and messages ignored
- Team members becoming completely unresponsive

We made multiple attempts to resolve matters professionally and transparently, including offering flexibility around notice periods, but the lack of accountability and communication made the partnership untenable.

Overall, this was an unprofessional and poorly managed experience that created unnecessary operational and reputational risk. We would strongly advise other companies to proceed with caution and ensure clear accountability before engaging.
