Horrible. I've been banned from their facebook page / messaging service because I ask where my order is, emails go unanswered and I've no lodged a complaint through my credit card company.

No company number was found on their website to lodge a complaint to the retail ombudsmen... But I found one.

Never got my order, even after I was assured it was sent again. I'ts been 2 months now!
They don't provide tracking information, only a message that it's been sent.
Replies are limited, if they ever reply at all.

Wish I had read the reviews here first. Not received the items and paid extra for quicker delivery too. Should have received it a couple of days ago now. Shall update if I receive the 4 t shirts I’ve ordered. Did get an email yday saying they will check on the order. No email today. So disappointed.

I ordered a t-shirt in October for Christmas (needed next week) and have not yet received it.
I've sent numerous chaser emails but have had no response at all.
Not convinced this is a genuine company - advise people to savoid at all costs

Appalling service and genuinely think they're a scam company. I ordered a hoodie, t-shirt and a Deadpool clock for my sons's 16th Birthday. Ordered it on a 3-day delivery which was almost £10. Emailed them two days later to chase where my order was to be told that they were really busy and that it would be at least another seven working days till my order is dispatched. They then ignored all of my subsequent emails, including FB messages asking whats happening to my order and if they're going to refund the postage OR the order in general. Feel like both my son and I have been scammed. Shocking service!

Terrible service and no goods received.

I paid for express delivery, but after two weeks still no goods.
I sent numerous e-mails all of which were ignored. I then tried contacting them on facebook but yet again no response and my comments were deleted and now they have blocked me.

Two months on and still no goods or response to numerous emails.

Buyer beware. There are a constant stream of complaints on thier Facebook community page from numerous people, all of which are quickly deleted.

It's a scam site!

I ordered a shirt over 2 months ago approaching 3. I constantly emailed them regarding the status of my shirt with no reply. I messaged them numerous times online via facebook and received one message stating that that my shirt may have been lost in the mail and that a replacement was ordered. I asked if there was shipping information to accompany this order and received no feed back. that was about a month ago. I sent more emails and more messages. and still nothing. Save your money and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are scammers!

Ordered some Marvel canvas shoes and they're ace!

Ordered a pair of Deadpool high-tops on April 9th. Paid for 7 day delivery. On the 18th I messaged InnerHero to enquire about the delivery as I had not received it.
They sent me a link to the tracking information. On the 20th I tried to message them again and it turned out they have blocked me. I can no longer comment on their posts either. I emailed them twice with no response.
The tracker has been showing my order in the same status for 3 days.
No explanation about why they would offer 7 day delivery when the items come from China.
At this point I still do not have my order, and I have no idea whether I will ever get it.

Made an order, paid 7 day guaranteed, did not come on 7th day. Emailed them to find out as no confirmation it's even been shipped and requested refund on my postage that I paid to have in 7 days. No emailed response even though says someone will email back shortly, no refund on the postage. No email back accepted a confirmation it's been shipped with tracking number. Click on tracking information, and surprise surprise it does on exist! Really would not recommend this company to someone. Had to tell friends who were going to order items based on what I had bought and shown them, not to do so. Poor company and crap communication

I would first like to say that any dealings I have had with the customer service have been pretty good.

I placed my order on the 1st November and received confirmation that my order was on its way on the 2nd. Having paid for express delivery I expected that my order would probably have been delivered at some point during that week. I followed this up on the 9th and was told that my order would be shipped soon, however part of my order was coming from the US.

The first part of my order did finally arrive on the 17th November which for an online company I think is absolutely awful. The second part of my order has still not arrived nor have I been supplied with any tracking number. I have absolutely no faith that this was despatched in the first place.

Definitely not the sort of service I expect when shopping especially when I saw no mention of just how long shipping would take.

Good Product when it arrived - first delivery apparently got lost in the post but I didn't recieve any tracking information until the second parcel was sent out.

Loved the awesome design on my tshirt...released my inner geek!
