Just as others have said. Misleading labels on front of bottles. Shoving in bananas when not listed on front of bottle to some allergic to them… not good, not so innocent!

Plastic like substance found in the drink, customer service were responsive yet only offered a replacement (after a lot of hassle, and potential health risks incurred), a £2 bottle of juice doesnt account for all the possible micro plastics absorbed unfortunately.

Expensive sweet taste

They taste really nice however after a glass you feel extremely thirsty which is due to the high sugar content and your body asking for water. I checked the ingredients and noticed they have 30% more sugar than coca cola!!
Ridiculous for the price a bottle costs.

NOT SO INNOCENT, BIG LIARS & VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I BOUGHT MANGOES, PASSIONFRUITS & APPLES,
51% APPLES, 16% MANGOES, 3% PASSIONFRUIT,
THAT'S ILLEGAL IN ANY CIVILIZED COUNTRY, IF YOU PUT FRUITS IN THAT ORDER, PLEASE READ THE LABEL EVERYTIME, AND THEY'RE THE MOST EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS . . .

The new caps are just stupid

The new caps are just stupid, you need to be a superhero to get it off, and putting it back on is a pain. Why are “improvements” always a backwards step.

Banana free smoothie- labelled in front of bottle- DELICIOUS!

Revitalise Innocent smoothie was banana free (and it said this on the front of the bottle!) - perfect because I can't eat bananas (migraine trigger). It was also gluten free (although I did have to check the ingredients, and look up flax seeds, to check). I love smoothies, but it is so difficult finding banana free smoothies, so thank you, Innocent! It tasted delicious!!
I'm not sure if Innocent do any more banana free options (this was the only one in the store), but if not, please can we have more, and maybe label if they are gluten free?

New bottle caps

Nice those new bottle caps. Fruit shakes you always have to shake before drinking. These caps barely stick to the bottle. Whole wall covered in red juice and my white t-shirt I could throw away. Thank you for those green new caps, great idea.

Despicable INNOCENT DRINKS

How despicable are
INNOCENT DRINKS
THEY WILL KILL YOUR KIDS
This is the sugar in 1 litre of INNOCENT FRUIT JUICES. THIS IS WHAT'S IN APPLE.
ITS ACTUALLY A FRACTION LESS AS THEY FLOG THEM IN 900ML.
NOW WE KNOW WHY.
THEY SHOULD BE DONE FOR FRAUD CALLING
THEMSELVES "INNOCENT"

How despicable are Trustpilot for not allowing uploads. I swear it's a mountain nearly 4 inches high

Overpriced and far from good for you

Tried these drinks roughly 20 yrs ago, before they sold out to so big useless corporation, it was decent. I left the UK, returned this year, what a rotten alteration in products, more so with this crap. Utterly rotten, wrong and super overpriced. All of this s**t has banana in, which totally defeats the object if you want to stay slim and keep the bowels moving well. Avoid this absolute rubbish

Kids fruit smoothie a con - read the ingredients list

Bought Kids Smoothies for a treat for a long car journey - a strawberry, raspberry and apple one. This discription is highly misleading when you actually read the ingredients list. The main fruits are apple and banana!
A mixed fruit smoothie would be a better description.
Won't be buying again.
