Inverness

Inverness. Very rude manager. I asked for a refund as my autistic registered disabled son is no longer able to go. And won’t ever go.
I got a very rude response.

I was told before I book that I was told it’s non refundable… I did NOT see that information.

Under the circumstances I should still be refunded. I now can’t afford to take my son else where.

Disgusting company. Waisted £40.

Not a nice experience at Innoflate…

Not a nice experience at Innoflate Newport today! It was extremely dirty both on the inflatables and in the upstairs cafe. The children played for half an hour before being told they was not allowed to continue playing unless we bought the Innoflate socks as they had on ninja warrior socks we brought with us. As they only had just under half hour play time left we went to speak to the staff and were told its policy to buy their socks only as they need to keep the place clean (but yet once purchased you can take home and re-use as many times as you want, so how is this any different than wearing your own?, not the mention how filthy it was in there) but nevermind we purchased 3 pairs of their socks for the children to continue playing, but yet they only sold 2 sizes, toddler or adult, so the socks did not fit our little 5 & 6 year olds and kept slipping off, they were also extremely slippery and dangerous.
It was also boiling in there and air conditioning didn't work, bottled pops were warm as fridges didn't work and coffees were cold and half filled

Park good, cafe terrible

We’ve just left the Livingston centre and had an awful experience at the cafe.
We ordered a pizza when we got in and watched everyone who ordered after us get their order. After 40 minutes we went up to ask where it was and were told it was in the oven and would just be 5 more minutes. After another 15 minutes we went up to ask where it was only to find out it was STILL not in the oven!!!
I feel for the cafe staff as the were very busy but there wasn’t even an apology from the manager when we ended up having to ask for a refund.
The kids loved the park, had a great time.

Overpriced Newport

The price in this place is shocking! Absolutely overpriced and had to pay for both parents ( while taking my child to have 60min fun) paid 43£ for one hour bounce for my child ( no idea what the parents are paying for in this place). I've been there for bday party before ( where you pay per child about £22 and no parent fee - even bday party is cheaper ). I'm shocked about parent paying for entrance because they are there to supervise their own child!

I wish i can give you 0 stars

I wish i can give you 0 stars, please please make sure you don’t plan any kids party here , it’s an highly unsafe kids soft play, my son attended a birthday party here on september 21st 2024 and he broke his arm , there was no first aid nothing though he dint fell from height it’s just falling on one of the mats, the staff was clueless how they can help, these kind of soft plays should be closed, they asked us to fill a incident form never had the courtesy to call us back and asked what happened to my 5 year old son , who has to undergo a surgery and a screw to be put in his arm for life, negligence is one thing but having the shameless behaviour to not even enquiring whether injured kid is ok not , The sadness and the grief it takes for a parent co through seeing their little ones you guys will not even care to understand , no care at all , even a stranger on road will be more caring and kind then staff you have got , you guys dint even had a first aid kit and emergency kit , ice packs , now my little one has to live with a screw in his arm throughout life.

The place was very dirty

The place was very dirty, when we got a table at last it was high with rubbish all tables were the same. The floor was covered in old armbands, the toilets were very unclean. Considering the cost well over £100 it's just not on, the cafe was mobbed que was way to long and not well run. This was a very rare treat for our kids who did enjoy it. However I think I could find better things to spend my £100 on.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. We visited Aberdeen site with 6 and 4 years old just to have some quality family fun . We have grip socks from other inflatable park and at first everything was ok . After about an hour my daughter came back to table with tears in her eyes as they didn’t let her go in to play area . We used Dundee site before and that was never an issue. We asked for refund just to find out that they will not refund anything and we have to buy socks from them or leave . After paying 60£ for 2 hours fun we ben told to pay extra 10 £ or leave . Luckily I’ve used my credit card to pay as they don’t do refunds i had to start charge back procedure with my credit card provider. You have just lost a customer..

Beware of the Socks

Went to Innoflate Glasgow. All in all we enjoyed the toddler session which my kids really enjoyed. However, I think the situation with the socks is an absolute rip off. We took grip socks like we've used at other inflatable parks and were told we couldn't use them and had to buy Innoflate socks. When I looked at the Innoflate socks, they looked no different to a pair of sports trainer socks. When I questioned this, I was told this was just company policy. This added an extra £10 on to our visit and had we known this we would have just opted to go to another inflatable park we've used before. The socks are an absolute scam!

Birthday party at Dundee Innoflate

My son had his birthday party at Dundee Innoflate this morning and I was so impressed. The party host was really attentive and nothing was any bother. The children had a brilliant time and everything was really smooth (which is a miracle with 12 small children!). The food was great and the party room was a great space. Really happy and wouldn’t hesitate to have a future party here. Thanks!

Nobody getting back to me

Nobody getting back to me!

Booked on their website which kept crashing and took ages. Then realised I needed to switch booking due to covid issues - tried to contact them. Warning - they do not do refunds and pretty expensive (almost £30 for an adult, a teenager and a 2 year old for 1 hours entertainment) so I would be clear you would absolutely not need to cancel a booking. Trying to speak with someone in the Dundee branch - not an option on drop down list. Selected another - they emailed me back to say they can’t help but contact Dundee - here’s their email. I emailed immediately but 2 days later and still no reply. Looks like we’re going to lose £30 which is ridiculous. Won’t book again.

ETA - it took quite a while but they eventually got back to me after I had prompted them. I have been given gift vouchers for the amount. Beware no refunds available!
