Jessica Hodge has been extremely understanding and supportive over the last few months, especially knowing I had just taken over a new role. When my husband was in hospital I appreciated her patience and kindness. She always responds to emails even if she is unable to provide an answer immediately and keeps me up to date with the progress along the way. During meetings she always conducts herself in a professional, polite and calm manner.

My wife and I have been trying to sell our property. Everything has been done for quite some time. Our problem was First Port who needed to provide paperwork for the transfer of ownership. This has held everything up.
This would be 0 stars if it was a review for First Port. The 5*s go to Saul Wootton himself. I called today, and after about 3 months of absolutely no help, Saul answered the phone. His customer service was exemplary and he spent a couple of hours with me trying to get everything sorted. Even contacting anyone he could think of to get the documents provided. By the end of the conversation my solicitor was provided with all the documents needed. 3 months+ dealing with everyone at First Port and 2 hours with Saul Wootton had the job done. Saul, you will always have my thanks.

I have now worked with Mathew Price for a few months now and cannot complain about my experience. Any queries have been dealt with in a timely manor and to a very satisfactory manor. will continue our working relationship for a long time to come.

When you get through the people are friendly, helpful and responsive. I just wish the website was more informative, simple to use and use less jargon. The whole selling process for a property on a managed estate such as ours was a mystery - Deed of variations......., membership certificates and application forms ........

I am a solicitor and I was dealing with Innovus in relation to arranging for a deed of variation to be executed and signed for a property I was acting in the sale. Innovus were responsive and very efficient. Quite often companies dealing with these types of matters takes weeks to even respond. Not with Innovus they come back to me often the same day and did all they could to ensure that the Deed was executed as soon as possible. They made the process a great deal easier. These types of matter can be a nightmare for a seller wanting to sell as soon as possible. Innovus made sure that everything was dealt with a quickly and speedily as possible.

Mariam has been a great help and support whilst taking steps to become more involved with FirstPort and taking part in the tender. Reliable in her communication with us, and supportive in advising or signposting where needed.

Excellent service, requested a copy of a document and received it in less than 5 minutes.
