Scammers, stay very far away!

So I registered a ".dj" top level domain through these guys for $140, which is a hefty amount, and only afterward did I find out that they wouldn't even let me modify the NS records so that a different company could host the domain. They are essentially holding this domain hostage and now want more money before they are willing to give up more control over the domain. They are essentially hoping that I've already sunk enough money into the domain that I will be willing to shell out more $ to wrestle control of the domain from them.

Screw it I can find a different domain and after seeing what other have to say about this company I am *really* embarrassed that I didn't Google them first. I chalked the unprofessionalism up to the fact that they live in a non-English speaking country (hey I was registering a .dj top level domain which represent the country Djibouti) or something but in retrospect they are obviously scammers and taking advantage of lack of any accountability in Cyprus to rip everyone off.

Stay very far away!

Fraudsters at work!

After taking payment for a domain registration. Innter.net refused to refund it when the domain couldn't be registered.

It doesn't end there.. You think that's the end of your relationship with the company.. But, 10 months later an invoice lands for €3 for "domain services" for the next year. An email is sent confirming that I have no domain with them, then they keep re-sending the invoice but now with additional fees on it!

- Unhelpful, rude staff
- Contracts that are worded in awful English that they clearly don't understand
- Auto-renewing services that occur 60 days before they're due and can't then be cancelled
- Auto-renewing services for non-existant domains

On the plus side, they're based in Cyprus, which is a warm place...

Make your own mind up of course, but I'd avoid them like the Noro Virus (at least Noro virus goes away quick!)
