We have had the best experience with Inova Stone. From start to finish, the whole process has been smooth and incredibly professional. We are thrilled with the stone, it looks absolutely beautiful. Fabulous result! Our Calcutta gold worktops have added a real wow to a kitchen that has never had that before. Our relationship with Inovastones has actually now been almost a year! ...that has been our choice and a good thing. We took our time to select a worktop that offered a far superior aesthetic than the compact laminate alternative. Saousan has been very accommodating with all our questions. She listened carefully and took time to address our concerns. We visited the showroom and then knew these were simply good people to deal with. After placing the order, the templating stage is the crucial opportunity to incorporate every detail. Monir was friendly, efficient, thorough and informative. Installation followed soon after and right before Christmas. The installation team worked hard .. ....overcoming issues with no fuss. I would have no reservations about using this company again.

I’ve had a great experience with InovaStones! A couple of years ago, they fitted a Fiji stone worktop for my kitchen, and I was so pleased that I recently asked them to fit a Calacatta Gold worktop for my mom. The pricing was very competitive, and the entire process from templating to fitting took just about four or five days. The installation was smooth and efficient, and the team left everything clean and tidy. The sales team was also very helpful and made the whole experience easy. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

We saw Inovastone advertised in the local area, and after visiting another Marble Company, Inovastones was a breath of fresh air. The whole way through Saousan was a great help, advising from beginning to end. After installation of Calacatta Gold, aftersales was also excellent, as advice was spot on. Excellent Company

Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen worktop! I originally ordered from a nationwide supplier and was let down by their customer service, so I was incredibly fortunate to come across InovaStore. The team were professional, efficient, extremely accommodating, and managed to complete everything—from template to installation - in under a week. Communication was clear from start to finish and the whole process was completely seamless. The worktop looks stunning and has transformed the space. I highly recommend InovaStore to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and a truly hassle-free experience.

I’ve used InovaStone on a number of projects now and they always deliver on customer service, quality and price. Any issues with installation and they will readily come back and address. Sousan and the team have gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough.

I am slightly confused by some of the negative comments about the quality of the stone as no installers manufacture the stone. They buy it from the main suppliers so any quality issues with the slabs would be covered by the manufacturers warranty and given the availability on the market surely it is up the client to specify what stone they want and ensure it’s quality from the manufacturers.

Had a really large Quartz Island fitted. We were looked after from the beginning by a lovely Lady Saousan she was knowledgeable and Helpful and made it much easier. The Fitters were Amazing and removed the old worktop and fitted the new one in 20 minutes. Fantastic as the new one weighed a ton. My wife is over the Moon it looks Superb. Will definitely use them again.

I recommend using Inova Stone. We shopped around quite a bit. Their sales representatives in the shop were by far the most helpful and honest we met. The work and fitting was done perfectly. Pricing was also very competitive.

I was disappointed when I received my quartz kitchen worktop from Inova Stone. It came with a white rim around the stone that makes it look like it's a laminate printed on a board. I paid £3,200 for this. I shopped around for quartz worktops before I made the purchase, and I have never seen this type of finish in any showrooms. The white rim was not shown on the pictures of the stone they had sent me either. They did not have a sample for me to view and I bought the stone on trust. I think they should have told me about the white rim prior to the purchase.

I found both their templer and installer quite short-rushed, and brisk. I don't think they appreciate that this is a high-value purchase that many people only make once or twice in their life and things need to be explained.

When I asked the installer to close the unsightly gaps between the worktop and the wall, they said this was not their job and my builders should do it. In the end, they did it and it only took them 2 min. Why make a fuss around about it and not just do it? Why did I even have to ask for it?

They also broke a socket during the installation, which was then very hard to fix as the stone now overlaid the broken socket and I could not take it out to replace it anymore.

Otherwise the installation was done to a very good standard.

Finally I asked them to send me maintenance instructions and I never received a reply.

These Quartz worktops are not fit for purpose!
After sales service is appalling - have been chasing for four years!
Surface Colour/Finish is less than fingernail thickness!
30mm slab but the Quartz design /colour is only a thin wrapper on slab!
Unsightly marks and chips from very light use!
This company and Classic Quartz Stone will pass you back and forth and will not take any responsibilty!
They now claim that Quartz worktops are not the same colour through the thickness of the slab - despite intial samples showing same colour through thickness!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR CLASSIC QUARTZ STONE
USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER IF YOU WANT DECENT QUALITY, YOUR WORKTOP TO LAST AND RELIABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE
