At this point I don't care if i get banned. It would just prove my point better to be honest. we sit for map reset. the of a owner decides it would be a good idea to ban one of the fac members from the server. okay its 100% understandable its a one day ban. but on top of that the clip that got him banned was someone that was cheating as well. but the difference is this person provides the owners rent money. It is what it is but you can clearly see favoritism in this scenario. last month they spent a minimum of 4 grand to take all the spots for top leaderboard. so I made a ticket I'm like if you want to ban the member then ban him but also do the same to the leader of the faction that is cheating as well. IT IS clipped and submitted the evidence is there. instead of letting me type what i want to let him know about the service that has been provided for both parties he close the ticket. "i open a new ticket he says What could you possibly be arguing." "I say f*** it close the ticket." he says "What you typing, an essay?" then closes the ticket. in a disrespectful manner. so at this point I'm done, if he bans me from the server ill just have everyone in my fac refund all the money that was spent on the server. very terrible CSR work from the owner. the admins that run the tickets i really truly appreciate their work they treat this like 9-5 and i do feel sorry for them because they only get 1-2 GBP (1.35 USD) per ticket they close. i don't know about SR. Mods income, but they have been very nice and respectful every interaction i have had with them. not only that it seems like they care about not only the work they do but they also care about the well being of old, new, pay to win, and pay to loose players. The owner a rat in a lot of ways and if you talk to him on his decent days you would know it. on his good days he can be cool. ITS SUPER RARE. Honestly don't waste you're time on the server at all unless there is a new owner that knows how to run shit. there is no point in spending you're money or you're time while he "owns" the server.

After you’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their server, they make up a reason to perma ban you, for a reason that is not even written in the rules and no one else would have been banned for that. I was talking with my German speaking friend in PRIVATE MESSAGES in German and “Sieg” means a victory in German and they perma banned me because there was the word “Sieg” in our conversation and the reason for the perma ban was “Antisemitism”. I wrote an appeal to them and they just told me to F off and never come back without even investigating what really happened. And the message was 3 weeks old, which means they literally scrolled through thousands of my messages to make up a random reason to perma ban me without any warning. Also my friend got perma banned without any warning after spending hundreds of dollars on their server for “homophobia” just because he didn’t pick up some rainbow flag into his inventory. Easiest way to lose your money for greedy, selfish and angry staff is InsanityCraft.

After a while, they delete your entire island and every item you have. I had the misfortune of pouring a little under a hundred hours of my time, buying a 15-dollar flying addon to make my expansion and building easier on me, and growing really attached... only to come back on and have EVERYTHING gone. If I wanted to play RUST, I would go play RUST. If you play, don't get attached. good people, crappy idea to wipe.

I regret to say that my experience on this Minecraft server, managed by Jharris, has been profoundly disappointing. Despite the significant time and money I have invested (over £150), I was abruptly banned based on false evidence without a fair chance to explain myself.

I was banned due to fake chat messages created by another player. These messages were accepted by the owner, Jharris, without any investigation or opportunity for me to present my side. The server’s rules seem to change arbitrarily. What might be acceptable one day can lead to a ban the next. This inconsistency creates an unpredictable and unfair environment for players.

Jharris, the owner, has shown a lack of professionalism in handling disputes and a tendency to believe false information without proper verification. This approach has left me, and potentially other players, feeling mistreated and unfairly targeted. The community could be great, but with such management, it falls short of expectations.

Overall, my experience has been marred by poor administration and an unjust ban. I hope future players have a better experience, but I cannot recommend this server under its current management.

I suspect mental health issues from server own J H to be quite honest.

J H is extremely selfish, angry and looks down on everyone that plays on his servers. This server is completely p2w that is aimed at getting kids to get their parents money to give to him.

Hes been doing this so long he has forgotten who play on his servers, humans. He looks at you all like numbers and will happily ban you even if youve done 99/100 things right and benefited the server, simply to make himself feel good. Theres no business sense in it, theres no logic or reasoning or careful consideration.

I wrote a ticket about an unjust ban from a server admin who banned me while defending a friend of theirs who had been constantly jumping into peoples conversations citing rules for "gotcha" moments where they feel powerful for a second and I called him out and got banned for it.

The owner J H was hostile from the very beginning. Every word he said was just disdain for my existence, mad that I am wasting his time and wants me to know about it. He made very well sure that I knew he wouldnt read my ticket and he had his mind pre-made up.

My entire crime was someone hackusated against me for the 20th time and I said "yeah im using reaction hax" and even spelled hacks wrong to show im being sarcastic, and as if some sort of "reaction hack" even exists where it can take the text from chat and somehow answer the question and give me some small prize? LMAO NO! That doesnt exist, me telling someone it does in a sarcastic way and misspelling the word hax is in no way me joking about using a hack.

Well that gets you banned on InsanityCraft. Nevermind 2weeks+ of playtime, building epic things, answered hundreds of questions for noobs which no staff or ranked players do, always go out of my way to help players and give information, top voter, and I say one thing real quick in my 10th hour of the play session and I have to be banned for it and you cant even consider how silly this is in a /ticket? Unacceptable way to run a server.

Zero people were harmed. You cant have a rule if you dont even remember what the spirit of the rule is.

Beyond my personal issue and the issues I noticed while there -
The entire layout of the server is pay to win. The staff are the richest people on the server. Every staff a the top balance player and nobody that isnt in staff is in the top. That should NEVER be the case, and thats the case with EVERY staff on this server. Obviously they abuse their permissions. You cant possibly play on a server and admin it without a conflict of interest, and the /baltop shows that clearly.

If someone would even bring this up in the chat, youd get probably 5 reactions of "well if you dont like it, just dont play on here" which seems to be the reaction of everyone in charge here. Theyll happily take your money, but the instant you expect anything like reasonable staff or reasonable application of the rules, youre out of luck.

The staff all have personal friends on the server and will go out of their way to overly enforce or weaponize rules to go after anyone that goes after their friends. The seniority is off the charts here since the server has been here for awhile, you can see it in the way the mods/admins do their "job" and also the way people are constantly bragging about it and the giant wall created between old players and new players.

The top donators/regulars and staff never answer questions to new players. They gatekeep all information and the only question theyll answer is when someone asks what to do with mystery keys, instead of actually telling them where to use it to benefit the new player, they instead tell the new player how to sell the key to one of the rich gatekeepers so they can continue being on top and never let anyone else be successful.

This is not even a survival server as it claims. People will give you 25 million for one item you get every few hours in the game and then you can literally buy every item as if youre in creative mode for the end of time. I spent 4 weeks building 10+ hours a day and never even spent a few million on building materials, its not survival, its creative mode.

They even hook you into their donation system by hiding the [Sage] rank behind the fake paywall to get you going through the motions so that when you hit your next progress wall created by the rich admins and gatekeeping higher rank players, youll want to give more money and you know exactly where to do it now!

I would never give a server like this my money or my time, and I would highly recommend you consider the same.

I have a screenshot of absolutely amped up, angry J H yelling at me for requiring help, repeating things at me aggressively and telling me context doesnt matter while I was simply asking for consideration, and accused me of threatening him and said he doesnt care about me or anything I do despite me being nice the whole time.

I got banned for building a house that is a big too big.
thats the only reason.

Corrupted mods got banned for life got griefed over thousands of dollars in usd and billions of cash in game and mods didnt do anything went back to my base looking for stuff and they banned me for griefing and right now im banned for cursing when a person told me to end my life when mods gave them a warning and ill i said was "thats f***ing stupid"

Too much Pay To Win stuff for higher paid ranks, like the ability to turn ANY spawner into a spawner for almost any mob in Minecraft FOR FREE.

Paid ranks can TP to you and YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT - many servers BAN that sort of thing, this server ENCOURAGES this rudeness.

Staff might show up on the server for an hour A WEEK - and don't seem to care about the issues, too busy taking advantage of their rank perks.

Other issues I've had, but can't remember the details offhand.

I'm HISTORY from this broken ILLEGAL server (yes, they ARE violating Mojang's "server EULA").

SO I got banned cuz I asked my friend to join my server I was like what the heck and so I wend to there discord and on there off topic section where it didn't say I couldn't share server info I of course shared server info and now I'm banned FOR LIFE and from there damn server.!!!! such a bad server.

The minecraft server owner is a kid that scams you for money.
