Quick dispatch great quality will definitely use again!

ordered and delivered as promised - what more can you ask?

We got the Razor Channel "U" Profile painted in the colour of the stonework and installed it on the vulnerable sections of the flat roof. It actually looks good and Clare at Insight was really helpful in taking back an early sample that we bought for evaluation.

Items arrived as described and on-time. Had to telephone my order through because there were website issues (at their end I believe) which prevented me from completing the order on-line.

I have dealt with similar CCTV companies before and I found this one actually knew what they were doing,reasonable prices to,good knowledge on the computer, ipad, and iPhone connectivity to.

The website was informative and easy to follow. Ordering was easy and delivery very, very swift. If I wanted more security products, I would not hesitate to use 'Insight Security' again, or recommend it to others.

I bought two convex security mirrors, one with a wall mounting bracket. The price was good, the service was good, the wall mounting bracket was useless. It didn't tighten firmly and had to be replaced by a rawlplug. It would have been much cheaper and less frustrating just to have used the rawlplug in the first instance.

Apart from the orange colour i am totally happy with the roadside safety mirror.
It provides a good field of vision!

These are the second set of security bars I've ordered from Insight Security and they really are a very well made and easy to fit product. Perfect dimensions allow the handles on my double glazed window to clear the bars when opening. Next day delivery. Make sure you order their cross supports to prevent a determined burglar using a jack to bend the bars. One thing Insight could do to improve the product would be to make it available in a few other colours. I have brown wooden windows so have to spray paint brown to blend in. Not a big job but would be happy to pay a bit extra if I could get them in brown even as a special order.
