Our boiler was broken and hot water was not coming through. This problem has been lasting for months. At first the water was just not hot enough, but later the hot water went off completely.
Then the company sent Luka here to fix it. Luka is very helpful. He found out the true reason is that the valve was a little stuck, stopping the flow of the hot water. He changed a new valve for us and now the hot water works perfectly fine.

Darren was super helpful, professional and worked around the job in hand even though I had to be on business calls in the background. Super lovely guy! 5stars!

I’d like to recognise Darren for the outstanding service he provided during his visit to our flat.

After weeks of trying to get our comfort cooling restored, Darren was the first engineer who truly took ownership of the problem. Rather than simply carrying out the standard checks, he went above and beyond to investigate thoroughly. He spent the time needed to understand the issue, tested multiple possibilities, explained everything clearly, and even made adjustments outside our apartment to help narrow down the root cause.

Thanks to his persistence and technical expertise, we finally started getting some cooling back.

Darren was professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely committed to helping us. It’s rare to come across someone who shows that level of dedication and care for resolving a customer’s problem.
