Fixing the HIU
Our HIU was playing up and providing no hot water. Peter came round and suspected what was wrong straight away and managed to fix it within 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and provided a great service.

An outstanding Service
An excellent Service. Our engineer was Glen Goodman. He was extremely polite, professional, attentive, customer focused and had an excellent technical knowledge. His service and attentiveness to detail was outstanding! He explained the whole process of his visits and was polite and mindful of updates. Highly recommend this organisation, with sincere thanks to Glen for being outstanding!

Lirim did a great job
Lirim did a great job. He was friendly, approachable, and did everything he could. Unfortunately, the valve was shut off and there was no power reaching the junction, so he couldn’t test the newly installed heating meter. He explained the situation and the next steps very clearly, which was much appreciated.

Specialist Engineer Lirim is highly efficient and experienced
I recently had Lirim, one of the specialist engineers to come inspect and change my heating meter into smart meter- he’s amazing, very accommodating and efficient considering I was checking on the progress in between my work meetings. Lirim knows exactly what needs to be done and can get jobs done in a very timely manner, skilful expertise with his years of experience. Highly recommend him to other customers!
