I am SO upset that this company is no longer in business. Not sure why all the reviews are negative… but, I’ll share my repeated experience with Inspireyoos.
I have been buying shoes from them for over 2 years & have never had any problems. EVER! My orders were exactly as described online & except for Covid causing delays in shipping, everything has been fine.
If y’all go back in business, let me know!!!

If there was a way to not put any stars I would of BEWARE of this company they are based out of China I ordered a pair of sneakers that cost me $26 and 2 shirts for $40 and earrings that were $12 from them before Christmas and didn’t get them till months after the material is so cheaply made that you can see right through them and I went to send them back because of the poor quality and the wrong size and they wanted over $300 to return them and of course I wasn’t going to pay that so they offered me $20 and I keep my order so I was stuck with shoes that didn’t fit and crappy shirts that I would never wear. I would of never ordered from them had I read the reviews it was my daughter that wanted the items I wished I never would of ordered from them they are a scam artist of a company so please listen and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
I turned them in to the BBB and there are thousands of complaints on them and there being sued all over the country SO WAKE UP AMERICA DO NOT FALL FOR THERE SCAM

So I placed an order on 2021-6-30, never get it almost 2 months. I contacted the customer service and got the message that my package was lost, I was irrigated at first but the customer deal this issue very well by resending the shoes to me and finally I got them today, very beautiful shoes! Though the shipment is terrible but the customer service is really appreciated.

I ordered a pair of shoes and I never received them but they took my money. I never received any confirmation through text or email. I sent two emails.I got a reply back. The company is based out of China but the billing is an address in England. The responses I've got through three email replies come to me that this is definitely a scam. Whoever is responding to my emails does not know how to speak or write proper English. You would think they would have somebody who could speak English and form a proper sentence structure representing their company. If I knew how to copy and paste I would show you an example. One example is instead of saying once when it is ready they say "once when ready". All of the emails are like this. They don't want to seem to return my money and still insist on shipping the product and giving me 10% off the order. I am no longer interested in doing business with them.

Don't order from this company because they take your money, don't send you any confirmation that there is an order and do not fill the orders. There is no phone number to call just an email.

Size chart is bogus as hell
You can order 3 sizes too big and the item won’t pass your hips.

I would give 0 Stars if I could! I ordered a cute pair of tennis shoes from these people and I got something totally ugly and not What I ordered. They tell me in email format that the pictures they advertised in their sale emails are similar to what they sell but not exactly what you get and to bad so sad no refund for me! BUYER BEWARE THIS TRULY IS A SCAM! I plan to file a credit dispute they don’t provide updates and clear tracking only order if you like getting ripped off.

I paid over $50 for these items and you refund me $5 I will never order from your company again. And I will be giving your company a bad review. I was ripped off you sell cheap products but show pictures of quality products and then when the customers are not satisfied you give them a 10% refund $5.00 that is TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE.

For starters it took close to 2 months to get my order. after a month of not hearing anything, not even if my order was being processed, i reached out to them via email then my order started the process. I Bought 3 pair, Ordered a size larger; shoes were still tight. The slip on dress sandals felt like, what I thought was a construction paper. I feel like if I’m wearing them and it starts raining they are gonna fall apart and turn to mush. I paid $28 - $33 for poorly made low quality shoes that took 2 months and not the 2 weeks they state. I will not order from them or their affiliates. In fact, I am reading the fine print before I order anything and if it’s coming from China or Hong Kong I don’t order. I keep looking. And can someone tell me why this smell has to be on everything I have ordered coming from China. I gave 2 stars only because they responded to my emails in a timely manner and the shoes look like the pictures.

Shoes arrived defective. Clumps of glue. Rhinestones misplaced. After sending pictures vendor refused to send return label and and an $8 refund for me too keep $30 shoes I can't wear. Horrible quality! Awful customer service. I've put a dispute in with PayPal. Never buy from this company ever!

Oh my goodness ladies I get comments like I love your shoes Everywhere I Go they are amazingly beautiful so comfy I ordered a pair and every color plus reordered going to order again you will not be disappointed they are gorgeous you can wear them shopping all day your feet will never hurt you will not go wrong if you order a pair in every color the shipping did not take long either let's very satisfied all around

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are awful from beginning to end. It takes three months or longer to get what you ordered. You get NO customer service. You get the same answer everytime which is we're sorry we can't do anything.

I placed an order with them in March,2021 and as of today May 30,2021, I have not received my package. They claim that it is due to the carriers that I have not received my package. I have asked for my $79 back and they said they can't because the package has has already been sent. A total rip off and I am telling everyone do not order from them. They do not deserve to receive a star 😡

They had recommended I go up a size due to the size in AU differs as I normally take 39 from the date I put my order In within 2 weeks I received them I will order from this company in future I have had problems with others

Please do not order from them. The shoes are awful, cheap, the glue on the shoes shows. My shoes came too small and the glue smell was so bad. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for the trick. Customer service is very unprofessional too.

Ordered one pair of boots in February 2021 still waiting now April 2021--company said they had received a lot of orders and to be PATIENT!! I told them they were scammers and they quickly responded to that email!! Do not buy not worth the hassle--shame because the boots looked great and I would have liked to make further purchases but definitely not legit. I order from heaps of places o/seas and they arrive here in Australia within 1-2 weeks.
