The tracking was hard to follow. The ring is changing color on the band already. Very disappointed in the ring.

Fair warning this company is a scam!!!! I placed an order like so many others on here and i have yet to receive my items. The tracking number is fake, and they offer absolutely no customer support. I do not intend to stop here... I am going to put this review anywhere and everywhere I can so people will know not to trust these awful people. I mean who says they are selling rings for suicide awareness playing on people's emotions???? Special place in Haiti's for these kinds of people!

They lost my order the first time. While they have sent a second ring, I have not received it yet, so it's hard to review the ring.

Ordered my ring on 9/5 & it’s 9/29. Haven’t received my order yet! Tried to track it but the updates are inaccurate. It departed the same facility, in the same zip code, in Indiana 2 days in a row?

I never got the ring that I ordered. I paid for it upfront with PayPal and have not received it. I want my Ring or my contacting the legal authorities.

If my order would come, I MIGHT give a review. Right now I am warning other customer's not to order from you. There is always an excuse as to why it's not coming, but you blame it on other people. This is probably a scam, but if it is, I will file a fraud claim and get my money back. This kind of service SUCKS.

The tracking was hard, but once I received our dementia rings, we absolutely love them. Very beautifully well made. We will always have our papa in memory with them. I will be purchasing more products in the future.

Just love my ring. I have ordered 2, The first one was too small and friend bought it from me. Second one came in-no time flat. Just love it. So unique

This place is a rip off. I ordered a bracelet July 29 and never received it. Paid for express shipping but never received it. Have been arguing with these ppl and trying to get my money returned.

The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. Easy to navigate the website. Great company!

Ordered a cancer bracelet in Morse code. Took weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it was not what I ordered. I told by Alice in customer (dis) service that I was responsible for postage to china to return it. Not only was it not what I ordered, it was chintzy and looked like it came from a gum ball machine. I wish I could post photos. I resolved the problem without Alice. Never again will I shop at inspiring jewelry

There were lots of options of jewelry choices and the prices were very reasonable. The memorial customized rings caught my eye. I wanted remembrances of my recently passed doggies. I decided to get one for each dog. I got gold tone. So very pretty with the diamond on each side of the ring face. The area that is customized is large enough to be visible by anyone looking at your hand. I get compliments all the time. Very happy with my purchases.
