Chase my toddler around with this thing. Small enough she doesn't look at it like she does when I pull out my phone, which means I actually get real moments instead of her posing. Hands-free recording is the whole reason I bought it and that part delivers.

The Insta360 team was great, I had a problem with my gimbal and we spent three weeks going back-and-forth until we found a solution. I will say the team did send me emails if not every day every other day and work towards the solution. I’m really grateful and appreciate their help.

Fast professional service

Shipping was fast and the box was packed properly, every accessory padded where it should be. Opened it up, charged it, was recording inside twenty minutes. I actually forgot how nice competent fulfillment feels.

Overall I’m happy with the customer service I received. Initially, the AI portion was a communication failure to put it mildly. Once I was contacted by actual humans, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Rode to the coast and back with this clipped to my shirt. Didn't shake loose, didn't die on me. Does exactly what I wanted.

Even if you are not a photographer, the staff at insta360 are there to support you with vigor. They are a dedicated, knowkedgeable, and sincerely. If they were bankers I would bank with them, if they were my internet provider I would be a loyal customer.

They have good products but there is a very big scam with Insta 360 Gold.They give you those Coins/Credit, you have 7 days to spend the currency, after that you cannot buy anything anymore but the currency still remains in your balance which is a complete nonsens.I decided to sell all my Insta 360 products and move to DJI.If you scam your own customers, this is what you get.

Had one hiccup with firmware early on wouldn't connect to the app for about a day. Reached out to support, got pointed to the right fix within a couple hours. Been running clean ever since and I haven't had another issue in the month since.

Bought this to film my daily bike commute and I'm using it way more than I planned. Quick to start recording, and the stabilization means I can actually watch the footage without getting motion sick.

Waterproofing held up when a wave rolled me at the beach. Kept recording, no fog on the lens afterwards. Didn't plan on testing it that day one but here we are. No issues since.

I bought an Insta360 X5 and paid $600 for it. A month ago, I requested it be shipped to Los Angeles, but it never arrived. Support responds weekly saying they filed a claim with the postal service, but no one is taking responsibility. They refuse to replace the camera, and I feel scammed. DO NOT BUY ONLINE. THE PACKAGE WILL NEVER ARRIVE, AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Delivery was faster than Amazon for once. Took it out, charged it up, had it rolling within the hour. Setup isn't complicated if you just follow what the app tells you.
