Misdiagnosed the problem. Said it was condensation and it turned out to be the cavity wall insulation. Don't accept any responsibility.

I found the customer service of InstaGroup just excellent. I needed my loft insulated however I was battling to get a leak in my roof fixed by my management company for almost a year which meant that I had to reschedule the insulation a number of times. Instagroup did this without any hesitation and were incredibly kind and understanting. The quality of the work is also really good and overall I couldn't be more happy.

The booking process was friendly, easy and efficient. The installers arrived when they said they would and the installation has been done to a good standard.
The first day only consisted of only 3 hours as they had insufficient materials. I would have expected something to be put down on the stairs to protect the carpet and the mess was not cleaned up but told "you might want to run a hoover round". The job was completed on the second day although one of the installers was looking at his phone a lot of the time even when engaging with me.
Overall not unhappy with the work but Interpersonal skills could have been better and the teams should be sent out with a hoover.

Very good quick install of bonded beads. Clean and tidy work.
The only minor thing is that they didn’t email the information in advance or send reminder but otherwise great.

I am 90 years old and Insta have just installed Solar panels on my bungalow.
I cannot speak highly enough of the people on site and how polite and efficient they were.
All installed and up and running in the same day with a minimum of fuss and no mess.

InstaGroup installed solar PV at our house in November. It was a great experience from start to finish and they were really knowledgeable and professional throughout. We are really pleased with our solar PV system.

Surveyor was professional, quote the cheapest of three we had received. Installer was prompt, quick and left everything tidy. Hoping for some lower gas bills now!

From survey to finished work (Cavity wall fibre installation), a completely hassle-free experience in a very short time. Promised results are immediately evident.

The EPC assessor assumed in a few section as we had done some work as DIY. No "proof" that work was done. Only proof accepted company receipts. Photographs taken of work not accepted. Several sections marked down.
This condition should have been stated before paying.

We are extremely happy with our insulation install provided by InstaGroup. I found everyone very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
The gentleman who did our install on the day were very polite and courteous as they knocked on the door on arrival to introduce themselves which was lovely and they cleared up everything before they left.
The install completed is to a high standard and I would certainly recommend InstaGroup.

Overall I had a great experience with the Insta group.
I asked them to perform two projects on my home - 1) full loft insulation with boarding and 2) full external EWI.

The installation teams are absolutely first class. The loft installation team were polite and tidy - and very quick completing what was a small, but complicated job (due to the way my loft is laid out) within a few hours.

The EWI teams were excellent - from the plumbers who extended the outside soil piping thought to the lads who installed the insulation and rendered the house.

Their work rate and finishing quality is outstanding.

What also stood out was their ability to sensibly advise of minor changes which make the end result look so much better.

Also, given that EWI isn't the most tidy of work to have done, the fact that the teams left the place as close to spotless as they could was also remarkable.

Special mention needs to go to Trevor who delivers the materials and in my case was the rubbish clearance because I could not have a skip due to the location of the house.

He is a really decent, pleasant bloke who always has a smile - even when manually clearing about two tonnes of rubbish!

Job admin (e.g. the co-ordination) I cannot really fault. it was functional and I knew when things were going to happen and when people were going to turn up and there weren't any significant delays - those that did happen were weather related and could not be helped.

Based on my experience I would recommend the Insta group. They delivered what I wanted which is reassuring as it represented a significant investment in my home and if needed I would use them again.

Incredible aftercare/service. I made a query regarding the cavity wall insulation that Instagroup carried out a few years ago and they treated me with as much attention and diligence as they would a new install. Mark Montgomery visited my home within a couple of days of my initial contact and checked the insulation was done to a high standard, and then proceeded to give me advice on additional insulation measures that I could undertake to further improve energy efficiency in my home. There was no upsell involved - the suggested work was outside the scope of what Instagroup provides. Mark gave me the benefit of his vast experience through his impartial and sincere input. From the lady on the phone to the installers, we had excellent service when we recently had cavity wall insulation. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely courteous and pleasant, and did the work with minimum disruption, clearing up afterwards. We would thoroughly recommend InstaGroup.

I recently had external wall insulation installed by InstaGroup and I must say that their installers were very professional and polite.
They completed the install quickly and to an excellent standard - my house not only looks good but feels so much warmer!
