I am extremely disappointed with the way InstaMoney handles loan recovery. I have been harassed day and night with constant phone calls and spam messages from their team, even after making it clear that I’m not in a position to repay at the moment due to financial hardship.

Their recovery agents have crossed all limits of professionalism – calling me from random numbers, sending threatening messages, and even contacting my family members, which is a complete violation of privacy. This kind of mental harassment is unacceptable. The messages are non-stop and aggressive, to the point where it feels like abuse.

I have already lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime department and will not hesitate to escalate further if this continues. I demand that InstaMoney stop this harassment immediately and take strict action against the agents responsible.

Request to others: Please be cautious before taking a loan from InstaMoney. The way they treat their customers is unethical and mentally disturbing.

The approved loan amount was 5000. I was asked to authorise a maximum of 15000 for an auto debit. I refused to do that.

I paid my due on time however there was a payment issue from GCash and Skypay. The lady dealing with me from Instamoney already acknowledged it and said that she has noted the issue and has informed management however I keep getting threatening SMS from them . There are multiple hounds harassing not sure who to respond to.
