We were undecided in the equipment required for our process, but Joy Torres was able to guide us through different types of equipment that matched our process. We eventually settled on an excellent piece of equipment. We would have been unable to make this choice without the guidance and support from Joy Torres. The delivery was within a couple of days and the equipment is now in use. After sales support has been great.

I've bought equipment for our EMC pre-compliance testing from Instruments 4 Engineers and found them very helpful and an excellent company to deal with. They answered my questions immediately and have a very good range of high quality products. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I purchased a software option for a Rigol Spectrum Analyzer. The service and communication was as good as it gets. By the nature of the purchase, it took a few days (US to UK and back). The emails were friendly and kept me well advised on the status. I would definitely purchase again and recommend them to others.
