delivery was a issue, i had workmen on site to take delivery, i had an issue with my phone so could not take the phone call of the delivery driver, the workmen said they would sign for it but would not leave the delivery hence i had to pay £60 re delivery. not happy at all.

Treat delivery dates with considerable skepticism
The delivery dates and estimated arrival times advertised on Insulation Superstores website, product pages, and post purchase confirmations have consistently proven inaccurate. In my experience, all orders placed have arrived late compared to both the stated estimates and the confirmed delivery dates, or in some cases, failed to arrive altogether. This has caused significant disruption to my schedule, loss of productivity, and negative impacts on my construction program and budget.
Resolving these issues has required repeated and time consuming communication with customer services. On several occasions, I felt I had to personally manage the process rather than rely on the Insulation Superstore itself. Despite requesting to escalate matters to management in hopes of a quicker resolution, I was promised multiple call backs that never materialise; even more than 10 days after finally receiving the delayed items.
Based on these experiences, I would caution others to treat the supplier’s estimated and confirmed delivery dates with considerable skepticism. In practice, they bear little resemblance to the actual delivery timeline.
