Difficult navigation to renew policy
Planned maintenance didnt allow me to automatically renew my policy. The end of the month, in my opinion, is not the best time to schedule maintenance.

Good in theory, but not in practice
I've used this car hire excess insurance for years. Tried making a small claim once but they ask for lots and lots of paperwork, stuff which car hire companies these days don't provide. The stuff they ask for sounds reasonable but you can't email Avis or Sixt to ask for this, they just never reply. So as the claim was small, I gave up.
Also, this company doesn't do auto renew nor even email you to say it's running out soon. The one and only time I really needed it (flat tyre plus towing cost), it turned out that the policy had expired and I hadn't made a note to remind myself.
Anyway, apart from that, it's probably ok.
